They weren't for oike the first 5 times I did that, but they are now. Thanks people, now I can finally get around to kicking all of your flabby arses. tongue.gif

Holy ****-lips Hannah this modding is no picnic. Looks like I'm gonna have to revisit the trench mod as it looks much different on the map than it did in PhotoShop.

Anyone who wishes to be put on my list of PBEM vistims just post in this thread, first come first die. Parabellum will be the first to suffer a miserable fate at the hands of my henchmen. I am looking for somebody who will be unbiased and fair to create a custom scenario for us to fight on. We can come to an agreement on the rules and points and so on. If you have good map making skills and can make a balanced scenario, please step forward. Otherwise get lost.

I will be the Ruskies.

If anyone knows anything about modding please help me. My image looks good at the default size in PhotoShop, but when I look at it in game it appears that it is being "stretched" out and losing it's definition. How do I mod it so that in game it looks like it does in the photo program?

I'm going to bed. Gonna have sweet dreams about bloody limbs and heads flying through the air, blood of my enemy splashing on my binoculars smile.gif

Ok Abbott, you're on. As long as I have your word that you aren't friends with Parabellum and won't show either of us the map or tell us anything about the scenario. We will discuss with Parabellum tomorrow what type of scenario he likes and all the details so you will have more info. Personally, I prefer small to medium sized battles. We'll come to some sort of agreement and you can start making the battle when you can. No rush. My can of whoop-ass isn't going anywhere.

I gues this means the rest of us will never get to play you as you keep trying to win a game?

But no matter - I volunteer, if only to laugh, perchance to dream........er...no, that's not it. If only to amuse myself at your expense.

That'll be $0.02 thanks.

Did I miss something here? Did I again click on the wrong button on that porn...uhm, I mean picture site?

When did I offer a game?

But then one can never have too many games going on at the same time, so be it!

:D

PBEM is fine with me.

I prefer medium battles (1000-2000 pts) where one lucky shot isn't that decisive.

Anything else is fine with me.

edit: Ah, just looked back on page 2. Seems like you mistook me with Lord General MB, since you replied to his post but addressed me.

No problem though, my offer is still standing.

Yes, you are correct Portabella, I meant Lord MB, but I will kill. . .I mean play you as well. Lord MB if you are still up to your fate please respond, otherwise the challenge goes to the next victim in line - Portabella. Then Mikey. I figure oooohhhh let's seeeeeee those 3 battles should take me abououououout 3 hours total.

HERE IS THE SITUATION. ABBOTT CREATES A FAIR MAP AND SCENARIO THAT IS A BALANCE OF WHAT BOTH ME AND MY VICTIM WANT IN A SCENARIO. HE SENDS THE FILE AND WE PBEM UNTIL MY VICTIM IS BARELY ABLE TO CRAWL HIS SORRY, SULLEN, BLOODY, BURNT, DEFEATED ASS UP TO GENERAL MASTERGOODALE AND THE FOLLOWING WORDS ESCAPE HIS CRACKED, SCRAGGLY, BLOODY LIPS ON A GUST OF FOUL, WHISPY BREATH:

"General Master Goodale, I [insert name here], your defeated underling, hereby surrender and condemn my remaining troops (bah! like there will be any) to the horrible shame that is this defeat. Please have mercy when you kill us."

Lord MB, please respond in kind if you wish to play, if not then Portabella prepare to die.

MasterGoodale, Sir,

any chance you´d be able to provide us maggots with rough deadlines when you´ll be able to improve our miserable existence with

- In-depth reports that prove AI intelligence

- AAR reports how MasterGoodale got his b*** handed over by the AI

- Uber mods that will certainly make Unreal Tournament 2003 look like it has been released in 1990

- Scenarios that will be setting benchmarks in realism and accuracy for the next 10 years

Sorry for the distraction, admired uber-being. In all honesty: Your workload would kill me instantly.

Luckily this text was posted in caps and with only two punctuations. Otherwise it might have been hard to read and understand.

OK maggots listen up.

Here is what MasterGoodale's preferences are for the upcoming battle (if you want to call it that).

1. map size = small - medium

2. Points = 1000 - 1500

3. Terrain = varied with some hills and a little water. Some buildings would be nice too.

4. turns = at least 25, but higher is fine. Should be variable in case my victim needs to pull something out of his ass besides my foot at the last minute.

5. Time period I don't care. I just want to be the Ruskies.

6. Objectives static.

I trust you Abbott, you seem like a good man who will put forth an honest effort. As long as it's tactics that are more of a factor then the weapons themselves I'll be happy.

Thanks Abbott!!

Dear MasterGoodale,

I am having my family over for Thanksgiving dinner, and am having everyone bring a dish. I have asked my sister-in-law to bring the rolls (since she can’t cook her way out of a paper bag), but she insists on bringing her turkey jello surprise instead. My wife says that it would be extremely rude if I I don’t at least try the jello abomination. Now my question is if she does bring this dish, should I try it, or do a suicide sneak to the door (even though I am likely to become exhausted).

Thanks
