1. Wow. What aworthy cause. Well, if it keeps Seanachai out of the nightclubs when I am touring, I am all for it. I'll donate $15. D--
 2. Did it ever occur to you that you're an idiot? Spkr's right -- people should take time to review scenarios. It would be interesting to see what the community's response is rather than the inane off-topic twitterings of a halfwit like you, GF. Now, back to the topic -- I don't play CM nearly as much as others on this board, but I do try to review scenarios when I get the chance. I don't know of any other community that provides so many user-based scenarios for free. I have done PBEM with a few scenario designers, and know that many of them put upwards of forty hours -- or more -- into researching, creating, then testing their scenarios. So why don't people take the time to offer their reviews? D--

 4. Hey Mike, I thought you were giving up the Stalin's Organ bit along with the Mike-the-Bike bit. Why do you think you need more than one handle? D--
 5. In my PBEM games (in partiuclar), I notice I have problems keeping my units somewhat intact. They tend to have 60+% casualties (based on sheer manpower losses). This obviously affects the level of victory dramatically. Unless I can get my opponent to surrender or autosurrender, it is very hard to rise above a marginal victory. So what do you guys do to protect your troops and lessen losses? Dweezil
 6. Joe, you lackwit, sometimes people don't put down roots. However, in the interest of salving your previously wounded ego (good lord, we don't want the Justicar to get his mouse, errr, Panties in a wad now, do we; he pouted almost all month long in January) so it is changed, just for you. Now, as I was saying before the keeper of the Mormon wives butted in, Berli, your squire is butt ugly and lazy. Your compliments merely reinforce these negative character traits. Or perhaps the squire is emulating the master, hmm?
 7. sniffs air Yes, this must be the right place. Hey Berli, before you break your wrist patting your boy's back so hard, why don't you ask him when the hell he plans on adding these threads to his list: Crouching Tiger, Hidden Peng Challenge (1/14/02) One Flew over the Peng Challenge Thread (1/19/02) Will CMBB Properly Model the Peng Challenge Thread? (1/27/02) One Peng to Rule Them All, One Peng to Challenge Them (2/2/02) The Peng Challenge is a Dish Best Served Cold (2/11/02) plus whatever thread ran from 2/17/02 to 2/23/02 (it seems to be missing from the archives and I haven't the inclination to track it down). It appears your lazy squire did a quick and dirty search on the useless UBB search engine, then cut and pasted without regard to the fact he might be leaving some posts out. I mean really, did he even think about that gap from 1/8/02 to 2/23/02, or is his brainstem too immature to comprehend that might be a problem? Lazy bastiche.

What a troll. Rest in Peace, Mr. Lipton. Thanks for your sacrifice.

 10.
quote:
Originally posted by CMplayer: Speaking of latest technical developments, if BTS would tog on the 'ignore' feature of the BBS we could find a use for it.

Yes, I am sure that we could after having to read so damn many of your stupid I-don't-trust the-auto-carriage return-posts over the last month or so. Twit.
 11.
quote:
Originally posted by CMplayer: Like anyone cares what YOU think. You're right about Slappy, but still I'd take that disinformation spreading egomaniac over a Stupid Sniveling Newbie like yerself any day of the week.

This coming from someone who thinks that the latest new tech advancement is the ability to post without hitting the {enter} key after every line. Tell me, are all Swedes as imbecilic as yourself, or are you a special case?

Tell me, is your mother involved in any of these deranged fantasies? No, no, I really didn't need to hear that she has squeezed all 275 pounds into a size eight miniskirt with fishnet stockings, garters, and combat boots - please, those kind of details are simply unnecessary.
quote:
I am mentally divergent

I think we have already established that. I guess that in addition to the medications, you are spending evenings, perhaps even weekends, at your local asylum? I do hope you are polite to the nice men in the white jackets -- they really do want what is best for you (even Bruno -- you know, the one that visits late at night).
quote:
I am escaping certain unnamed realities that plague my life here.

In addition to the advances in psychotropic medicines, I understand that THOSE sorts of maladies can be cleared up with a simple penicillin shot -- or are you allergic?
quote:
When I stop going there, I will be well.

Assuming, of course, your 'commitment,' as it were, is not extended.
quote:
Are you also divergent, friend?

Are you hitting on me? Sorry -- already spoken for, and my wife IS the jealous type.
quote:
Besides, any dork with a number over 6000 needs to get some time in before he can call a marching tune.

And any nimrod with a wit of common sense would realize that simply because one didn't register until this year didn't mean one hadn't been following this threade since, oh a month or so after Pengerdammerung, grog-boy. I've seen a lot of pillocks come and go -- you seem to combine all the worst qualities of Panzer Leader, Paton Returns, and Rommel22 with a dash of Fieldmarshall thrown in just for flavor. So piss off, grog boy - your pathetic attempts at wit fail miserably. Arrogance is no substitute for style, you twit. First, he seems to think he is a squire just because he says so. Second, he thinks he is gonna graduate to knighthood just because he says so. Finally, he seems to think that the fact no one likes him, finds him amusing, or wants in any way to be associated with him allows him to claim 'Ronin' status. This guy has read one too many James Clavell novels. Flowerboy, I've been a lurker here for several months, and you strike me as the most boring, dimwitted buffoon to step foot in these parts since Panzer Leader got the insane idea that people actually LIKED being around him. A warning to the Pengers: If the Peng Challenge Thread allows SlapPuff to be a knight, well, between him and that poltroon from Kansas City, the apathy and boorishness will kill what interest remains in the thread. Mark my words.
 14.
quote:
Originally posted by tero: I agree with BTS's general gag order. BUT.... The Peng tread is due for a renewal soon. Who ever said it has to be the not-so-serious BS venting tread every time ? The names of the tread have always been a joke but if it was named something like "A Peng challenge that changed the world" and there was a silent agreement that this time we dispence with the bull and stick to more serious matters while keeping it unlocked by being polite for a change perhaps BTS will let it live.

Get real. You know it would just devolve into a flamefest, particularlyl when someone suggested it took not one but TWO Finnish uper-soldiers to kill an entire Russian division. It would all be downhill from there.
