But the family was inside - just parents took their daughter to the sport competiotion to Moscow. Father was killed, mother and daughter are badly wounded (girl was hit in the leg and bullets terared off several fingers on the hand) Nervous, uncertainity and panic. The same happened in Kyiv on 25th of Feb, when TD shot out Landrover with family inside, because it was painted in khaki and military truck has driven follow it. In that days was mass hysteria about diversants on captured vehicles, so it caused many friendly fire with many losses. Both sides may be shooting each other on specific hours and place, life goes on as usual several streets away. They even made public announcements then in press not to visit specific places at exact given time "because there will be fighting there till evening". I wouldn't suspect Russians of such civility, but for now it looks rather as superficial spectacle. Holidays for politicians, army-planners and diplomats are to be cancelled I suppose, because ridiculous questions like this aren't so ridiculous anymore. I wonder how well prepared are they for the contingency of bridges being blown up? If you believe reports of some Army units joining them, perhaps they might have enough forces to try to encircle the city?
