The LT I yelled at went and told the range OIC what I said to him after he got off the range. The OIC pulled me aside later and said “you were right to correct 1LT Snuffy but maybe next time use a bit more tact, SGT.” 

I actually did this a couple years ago in Korea. Didn’t throw brass at the LT and I was only an E5 but I chewed him out pretty good. 

And that would be why we built this little chapel in the middle of all this, to try and navigate as true as course as we can.  So far I gotta say our record is not bad...once we got past the whole Ukrainian Bio Black Sites/the CIA can hear me through my fillings, unpleasantness.

We live in an era of Strasserism, 'social fascism' claims and what used to be called the 'red-brown alliance'. In the end, it's all about opposition to liberal democracies which is why the fight for Ukraine is of outsized importance. Reactionary populism and revanchism must be stopped there or we'll be fighting at worse odds to stop it everywhere else.

I think that, beyond a certain point on the spectrum of of beliefs and positions, it's not useful to think of the hard right as rightwingonsteriods. The hard right aren't really in to the things traditionally associated with the right wing, such as effective but small government, self reliance, and low taxes. They're more into kleptoctratic autocracies run by a charismatic strongmen, and a barely- or non-functional rule of law. That's an environment which they think they'd personally be able to make out like bandits, or at the very least one in which people they don't like - LGBT+, furriners, libruls, etc - will be actively targeted and victimised.
From that perspective, adulation of Putin makes a lot of sense.

I don't want to get into a big discussion about Japanese Imperialism, but treatment of Taiwanese natives during the Japanese occupation of Taiwan wasn't all that "decent".  The Japanese occupiers ruled the island with an iron-fist, treated its people as second-class subjects, and used the men as canon fodder.  The truth is, they treated the Taiwanese no better than slaves and tried to wipe out their culture.  I highly recommend a Taiwanese film called Seediq Bale, which recounts a native tribe's struggle against Japanese occupation.

I'm not aware of any event in the world that was actually staged using "crisis actors" - it's just a right-wing meme.
In fact, if you thought about it critically for a bit, you'd realise that such a thing would be almost impossible to pull off - you'd have to get everyone for miles around to buy into it, or someone would be saying "they're not from around here" and variations on it.

Not sure what you mean by "inexcusable" ? You are aware that these Biolabs  dated back to Soviet Times and the  Working relationship between the US and Ukraine was   to make these sites safe again ? . Much like Ukraine gave up its Nuclear weapons . With regards anything China and Russia have to say about these sites - pretty much entirely propaganda - and the same when it is brought up by Extremists in the West .
