My dream is downloadable Mission Packs for all the games

Slowly I will buy all current Combat Mission titles ( currently I own CMSF1&2, CMBS, CMFB) because I like the gameplay and the historical accuracy, but a new game engine is badly needed. The most annoying thing is the lack of multicore support ( slow loadings), second thing is slow graphics on fast hardware.

Is this the upgrade only for the modules and not for the base game? I want to upgrade the whole package

We only need a revised unconventional-insurgents stock oob and skins then the game will be perfect for the years coming

How to download all the campaigns available at once? I'm doing a backup before formatting..

WEGO is way better for complex planning of many units. Plus, you can watch the show many and many times.. It's like a good glass of wine vs a strong beer (RT)

A real upgrade, CMx3, must include realistic building destruction and fires. The rest of above has less importance IMHO in portraying of tactical situations that is the scope of CM games. Civilians can be simulated now with RoE limitations. Melee combat is the 0.1% of the combat engangements of modern war, maybe more in ww2. Chemical warfare artillery can be an easy add to the engine, but is a rarity in tactical situations too. Priorities IMHO are bigger maps ( and optimization) and realistic destruction.

In game BMP2M is not Berezokh upgrade because game BMP2M has Konkurs missile and Berezokh has Kornet

Yes John Kettler but remember that Russia since USSR collapse scaled down by two thirds its Su-24 fleet, so there is plenty of spare parts to keep going its tactical bomber fleet another 10 years at least, before total Su-34 replacement - in Russiadefence forums they talk about a final total number about 130 Su-34 in the 2020-2030 timeframe, which I think it's sustainable.

I don't know Russia has the manpower to do all these things. It would be possible only with reserve mobilization; in this case the OOB needs different 80 and 90's russian armored units

I think the loss of Kaliningrad would be viewed ad a loss of sovereign Russian territori so it would escalate to massive Russian reserve mobilization. It wouldn't be a NATO easy prize.
