I know most of it is "fantasy" but it is still interesting to watch none the less.

I know this has probably been brought up many times but, what is the optimal way of clearing a forest other than avoiding it. In this hypothetical scenario lets say you HAVE too go through the woods with a platoon of Panzer grenadiers . What is the most optimal way of accomplishing this with the largest chance of success? Thanks!

Yeah I had a really nice surprise, a platoon of SU-122's just counter attacked me and killed 3 panzer 4's and 3 Panther's! :eek:

So this is what commanding the Soviet steam roller feels like...I am playing the "Assault!" scenario and good lord the Russians are a scary force. The Germans are literally rolling over and dieing from the amount of ordinance and power I can put on target with these T-34's and battery's of mortars! Thank you BFC and whoever made this amazing scenario!

Hehe, I actually watched two episodes of this, its called "Girls Und Panzer", my friend was like "You have to watch this dude haha". School girls from different colleges battle eachother in World War 2 era tanks, each school represents a country and frankly the stereotypes they use are freaking hilarious. The British school sit in their churchills sipping tea, the Americans are cocky and numerous,the Russians are vodka drinking katyusha singing psychos and the Germans are the completely serious tank aces with all the big kittys. It was honestly pretty entertaining when you go into watching it knowing exactly what it is and for a good laugh. One character in there that is particularly good (And hilarious) is one girl who represents Rommel and spouts off historical quotes and relates there battles/situations to history.

This thread is just proof of how mad Red Thunder is making us, maybe this was BF's plan all along. Drive us all mad, insane against each other, destroy what makes us human. I can imagine Steve at his computer with a large smile on his face, he brings his phone to his ear. "Charles, I think a bug has come up, looks like it will be another two years..." "Oh yes Steve, that bug will take two years...HAHAHAHAHAHAHHA"

I think Steve specifically mentioned that we will be getting ammo resupply for STG's in Red Thunder, and of course further on down the line it will be added to the other CM2 titles.

Well from what I remember reading the Soviets laid out wooden planks and other supports that they used to ferry there foot traffic and vehicles across. They were definitely prepared to come through the marshes.

Georgemc's latest sound mod is great, whenever an MG42 opens up I find myself hiding under my desk! :eek: As for other must have mods I love Juju's most recent UI mod and, Aris terrain mods are great too! You have a lot to pick and choose from.

Yes I believe partisans will be making it in, but not with this release. As for the dog's, those were used few and far between and I don't think many would care for having them (I certainly wouldn't). Resources can be spent on more important things than animating dogs.

Will we be seeing this vehicle in Red Thunder or was this baby around after Bagration? To jog everyone's memory this was the 250 equipped with a PaK 40.

You don't see for example "A Moment in Time" under campaigns or "Scottish Corridor"?. As for which icon you use no it does not matter.

If you see missions/campaigns with MG or CM next to them your expansions are working. They stand for Market Garden and Commonwealth respectively.

I can certainly vouch for that video, when I was a complete noobie to the game it helped me greatly!
