well the setting of cmbs is in the news so that helps . also steve has been posting in the cmbs forum alot so that helps too. but for me i am waiting anxiously for the bulge. bought cmbs and like it, but still find myself going back to shock force for some reason.

just out of curiosity, were the hedgehogs made with concrete bases or something? seems if they were just girders welded together and just set on the ground you could just wrap a chain around them and drag them out of the way pretty easily.

i'm with mord on this one, vietnam would be my wish.especially if they started with the french indochina war. which we will have the equipment for soon.

got my install sorted last nite.. for me this was a very rare bad experience with battlefront. that being said, everybody makes mistakes and i'm confident that battlefront will learn from this. i do believe as a pre order type we should have the field to ourselves for 24hrs. just my 2 cents

got it downloaded and when installing half way thru it starts extracting files from my other cm games.. ever seen a grown man cry

it's only going to get worse if they keep taking more orders and more people trying to download. i get 1/3 or so downloaded and poof it's gone. i didn't pre order or get out of school in the 8th grade for this, man! i'm going to watch time team reruns on you tube, much more entertaining than trying to download this game.

i hope they stopped taking digital orders for a while to clear the backlog. kind of feel the pre order people like me got hosed. and it's not getting better for me

i believe the colors could vary widely. german paint was issued in paste form and it was up to the crews to mix it and apply it. so depending on how and what the paint was mixed with you could get a variety of shades.

I don't know, i guess i am just goofy this way, but when i work i do liked to get paid for my efforts. So i understand their position and have no problem paying for upgrades/packs/modules. If i don't want it, i won't buy it. I believe Battlefront is a company trying to make money, not a sort of wargaming all you can eat buffet

i am using aris vehicle mods too and they work fine,including his water mod. also dragon lords flames and muzzle flash work and veins tracers and explosions work too. also the camouflaged defensive positions mod works also
