  1. <breathlessly> Take me, Garth! Where? You don't have a coat and I'm almost out of gas!
  2. Awww, 10 bucks! What are you thinking, man?!!? Who's gonna pop for that?
  3. John, with technology 100,000 years ahead of us, and they being your friends, get the Reptoids to teleport CMBN v82,348 so shocker28 can have his damn MP lobby already...and have them get you CMBN v1, fer chrissakes! Or at least put them in touch with Steve and share some of their insights with him and Phil so we can have fire. Geez, man, get your priorities in order! Also, I don't understand why they don't just put you in charge of the world...your evidence indicates they have the means.
  4. Baseman, it's #8 in the junk objects in the picture in the manual, but in the editor, the number of objects only goes up to 6.
  5. Steve, you really should make this a sticky!
  6. Sleepercell, for me: 1) yes 2) depending on the scenario situation, I usually never use the SUZ even for groups that I give movement orders to 3) I don't see why they would. The AI sets them up as it sees fit if you use an SUZ, and it appears pretty random when they do. That's why I rarely use them.
  7. WTF?!?!?! Truly scary people out there.
  8. Thanks for the recommendation, B. Now, get yer ass back home ASAP so you can send me the next turnfile!
  9. Oops, I must not have been thinking clearly in the heat yesterday. I was talking about sdp, not Aris. My bad.
  10. He popped up today on the Few Good Men forum for their Normandy Campaign, so he's still around.
  11. Me too! I never noticed it in the manual or the on-screen hotkeys pop-up.
  12. It did hit a tree trunk, btw. You can't see it too well in the video, but with trunks-only view, it's pretty clear that it did. Edit: Better view of the distance (you might want to embiggen the screen): http://youtu.be/x-k9fMYg28A
  13. Steve, I do. Anyone in particular I should send it to? by the way, that baby flew at least 6-8 Action Squares, maybe more...into the field behind the squad. But Steve, maybe at least one action square away from the trunk would be reasonable if it hit it square on...that would be interesting, but I suppose in woods, it would happen too often.
  14. I've seen grenades dropped when the thrower gets shot, but never seen one deflected before: http://youtu.be/nWyYgzgjGTE
  15. Is it possible he went the way of sdp, who made the wonderful Italian Campaign mod, and ended up doing many of the QB maps for CMFI? Maybe Aris is officially working with BFC to do skins for CMFI and future releases???
  16. X and Z keys zoom in and out. I assume those are default because I haven't edited the keyboardandthose are the ones that zoom in my setup.
  17. I've seen it too, a number of times. One more reason ya gotta love this game!
  18. I would like to see this implemented myself. It is tempting to click on the icons, and I do it occasionally, especially to check the enemy's view of the terrain I'm holding, but I would prefer just knowing if it's infantry, gun, etc., no more detail.
  19. Oh, I'd love anti-tank rifles. Do the Italians get them, at least?
  20. I couldn't figure out the difference, either. I don't click on enemy icons, simply because love playing with as much FOW as possible. And as for finding my own units, since you can see all your troops if you don't have any particular one selected, what's the point of the difference between Iron and Elite? Originally, I thought Iron was going to be like the highest difficulty in the Take Command Civil War game where as a regiment/brigade/division commander, you are stuck down at ground level only...no God-in-the-sky view. But that isn't the case.
