Those 2 statements are somewhat contradictory.  The problem in congress is simply it is too easy to derail everything by 1 person and doing anything bilateral seems to be cause for punishment.  It isn't about Ukraine, unfortunately it is bigger than that.  Mad Marjorie needs to stay in the limelight and was gonna find a reason for a motion to vacate sooner or later,  The upside is the Dems have an opportunity to exact a price to save the GOP from itself and that price (at least partially) would seem to be support for Ukraine.
Firing the Speaker of the house is EXACTLY what mad Marjorie is trying to do and she doesn't support Ukraine.

our problem here is we suffer from a bit of tunnel vision because of the focus on the war.  if it involves Russia, it must be about Ukraine!  We neglect that Russia has a lot of other issues completely unrelated to this war.  This attack may have nothing to do with the elections or anything else currently in our tunnel vision sights.  It could very simply be a long planned attack or one of opportunity given the way that ISIS is organized or not as @akd noted previously.

As someone who has written, recorded and mixed music--Yes this is possible, particularly when inspired or driven to write and record. Mixing and mastering in particular (which used to be painstaking, depending on the level of quality you're looking for) are easier than ever with AI and algorithmic tools.

I don't think this is reliable information, because I don't think Medvedev is ever not this drunk and high.
