About shooting on firing range
On the screens the story of shooting from wounded soldier. Of course it's just a story, but I will not be surprised if the cause of conflict was that, described under.
In short, among mobilized in this unit there were some number of Muslims, citizens of Russia, and three of them - tajik, azerbaidzhanian and adygean have written reports that they reject to participate in the war. After this unit commnader, lt.colonel Andrey Lapin lined up soldiers and delivered a speech on the theme  "this is a Holy War". This caused some turmoil among Muslims - tajiks said "This is not Holy War for us, Holy War is Dzhihad only - the war with infidels". 
Lt.colonel Lapin answered "Then Allah is a coward if he doesn't allow to fight for that country, to which you swore the oath". This caused big rage among mobilized Muslims and even some officers-Muslims were shocked. Between Russians and Muslims short hustle started, but officers could calm down soldiers and as if conflict was extinguished. But most offended tajiks decided to revenge and since 1,5 hours, when their unit was sent to firing range shot out Russians, preliminary adviced Muslims to stand aside (thouigh several Muslims, like and author of this post were wounded). All shooters were not mobilized, but contractors. Lt.colonel Lapin was killed first of all. Two tajiks were killed by warrant officer, who issued bulltes. In the moment of shooting he was in facility with ammunition and had a pistol. So, he came out and killed two tajiks - sen.sergeant Bikzot, and Anushe (rank not mentioned), the third tajik jr. sergeant Amizonda (whos documents I posted above) was wounded, but managed to escape and still hasn't been found.
This soldier said the third number of losses - 32 only dead (including both shooters) and he doesn't know how much wounded exactly and said "two helicopters were needed to transport them to hospital"

It is interesting to see that the Russia thinking seems to be that mass still matters.  This is not the first time we have seen Russia tout mass as a key metric of the situation from the very beginning.  Yet repeatedly we have seen the UA with less mass achieve the greater result.  I think it is a fundamental flaw in the Russian theory of war and has driven so much of their thinking - “if only we could get more X, we could then win”.  This echoes WW1 thinking which took years and millions of lives to shift.  We shifted from mass to mobile mass to synchronized mobile mass, and now face smart synchronize dispersed mass.  This is a trend that an extra 300k troops will not solve. 

Commander of L118 howitzer from 46th air-assault brigade has posted tweets about 2 hours ago: "It's a real assault. We never shot so much - our barrel is red-hot. I've never seen so much forces, attacking simultainously, including aviation. Four villages left before Beryslav". But now theese tweets already deleted. 
Some Russian TG channels reported about 5-hour prelimunary bombardments and huge offensive, but this channel denied that this is main axis of offensive: 
"One more. Calm down, telegrammers and military correspondents. What are you all f..d up? "All-night arty strikes, mass offensive..." Come to your senses! There are about two AFU battalions per 200 men and 40-50 of vehicles against our two full-strength brigades!
We should expect khokhols not here and not this time"

Russian military logistics is in every way a step backwards: it is built exclusively around railways and is highly dependent on a network of large logistics centers.

It seems the Putin regime is all in on this mobilization insanity. They seem to be aiming for absolutely maximum chaos with minimum military effect. So is the regime going to fail under the weight of its own stupidity? Or are Ukraine and General winter going to have to kill and maim a couple of hundred thousand of these mobiks first?  I am not seeing a third choice. U.S./NATO needs to absolutely maximize support immediately. Ukraine winning fast is now the only way to avoid a generation of Russian men from being fed into the meat grinder, more or less literally.

@poesel is 100% correct re the heat ****ing the beams internal structure. You could drive a train, slowly, maybe. But every wagon passing over will strain those beams like crazy.
It's quite realistic that if the RUS do go "full retard" and restart heavy loaded trains then the railway span will start to warp and twist. Keep doing it and theyll have an unplanned rapid dissembly event. And it would be easily as destructive as another missile strike. Winter weather will make things even worse. 
Ivan being Ivan, UKR could quite conceivably leave the bridge alone, interdict any attempted repairs,  let trains  pass and watch the bridge eventually rip itself apart. 

This is a comment from another forum, and as an engineer I think this is totally correct:
The rail bridge was engulfed in a high intensity fire for hours. This will most likely have compromised the steel inside the concrete beams. Those bridge elements usually consist of prestressed concrete, meaning concrete that contains steel cables under tension when poured. This gives the elements stability and rigidity. In a high intensity fire those cables heat up which leads to the tension being released. Even after cooling, the tension is gone. The elements might look ok, but their load baring capabilities are most likely severely compromised.

TL;DR: rail bridge is ****ed. Good luck sending heavy trains over it

Yeah, given the brilliance and moxie the Ukrainians have shown, I have no trouble imagining them founding a thriving electric vehicle and commercial space industry, and then happily putting Elon out of business.

Rummaged around in my previous experiments box and found the burnt tree - it's not really finished and would really need some other burnt textures to go with it for best effect. I made a quick and dirty crater mod that gives a nice burnt hole in the ground, works quite well with a large crater but ALL the other craters will be burnt as well. In the long run it may be better to have a flavour object that represents some burnt stuff. Anyway it does make me wonder about a new landscape mod ... Total Destruction®©™ - War is Hell®©™ - type of thing, lots of burnt terrain textures, destroyed vehicles and smashed buildings ... here's a few pics of what I've mashed together ...

Small tree type - kinda works, texture a bit smeared. Would be nice with some of @JM Stuff's burnt wrecks...

Tall tree - works well for this one, textures can be renamed for any of the tree models - just a case of experimenting ...

Large tree type - mmm that's better, big craters as well ...

More work needed but it's getting there. 
These are all set for Spring with the spring mod tag so they show up in Berlin 1945, again more tweaking could have them show up for any time of year other than snowy winter.

Also 29th or 30th Sep HIMARS missile hit a cottadge in Kherson, where lived deputy of security of military-civil oblast administration Aleksey Katerinichev - he was former officer of FSB Border Guard srvice and retired colonel of State Emergency Service. I don't know to count him or not.

Regarding that “warning” though, why not always appending a similar labeling for links to any conservative sites that might also have headlines with political slants. Or maybe better to simply drop the whole political labeling thing and assumptions about tender feelings among the huge population here. Because the emphasis simply underscores the politics, not the information itself.
