  1. That is good to know Chris. Could you please give a heads up in the forum when there is a stream now that there is no schedule?
  2. Check the forum at Lock and Load Publishing, I remember that someone had a similar problem a while back.
  3. I play it on win 10. I know they had site maintainance during the week. Maybe that cased your problem with the account. Maybe create another one or post in the forum whic IIRC is a seperate account. The devs are active there.
  4. That is very fine modding indeed. You should be proud
  5. "The Thin Red Line" is definitely worth watching.
  6. Made a menu screen. Grab it here http://cmmodsiii.greenasjade.net/?p=4248 - rocketman
  7. Post patch it is still there. I see it in both "Muddy Affairs" and "Battle for Chaumont - First Round". M4A1 late Sherman is the issue.
  8. That is too bad. Now I have a very good looking splash screen with a text color that is hopeless I'll try to work around it somehow to make it look better.
  9. But how? I found the file (for RT this time), but don't know how to edit create a different color.
  10. We now have a handful of people with this issue (this thread and in the tech forum). It is not a biggie, but it would be a pity if there is a group of people out there who play the game not realizing it doesn't look as good as it potentially can.
  11. Just noticed that the game turns off shaders after each restart, despite the setting "on" in the "advanced" menu. Too late to get fixed in this patch?
  12. What a great scenario vs AI! Great job by Jon Marina (IIRC). I have had this going for a long time and it was a fierce battle. Having read about it lately only added to the immersion. However, I was a bit surprised by the ease Stuart III:s took out Pz IV:s. Constantly got penetrating hits at Pz IV front from 500 m. Didn't think 37mm guns could do that. But then I'm no grog on the subject. Greatly recommended.
  13. @Ithikial_AU I'm about to start mission 3 (Marcelet) and am a bit confused by the initial arty plan. The briefing states that all arty is to be used according to the tactical map. But I also have 6 on board 81mm mortars. Are they to be used as well or should I save them?
  14. Good list of fixes. I guess some of them will make their way into the other games as well. However, what about the texures/LOD for the "M4A1 late Sherman" that I reported in the thread about patch fixes? I can be seen in "A muddy affair".
  15. Since yesterday I can barely get into the forum on my iPad on the same network as my PC that can't. Anyone else having problems with the mobile version of the forum. It tries to load for a long time and then it states that the server doesn't respond. Have tried restarting it and the network.
  16. It is a wonderful mod. Looks awesome. One little thing though: There is a zigzag pattern on straight roads that is caused by "the tip" of each square being lighter than the middle/center. If this could be made more like the other part of the tile the pattern would probably disappear. Also looks a bit like the track is of a slightly more bright shade.
  17. What a great scenario vs the AI. It is like a puzzle to solve, tricky LOS and a well defended town to seize. Got to keep calm and do things in the right order (I didn't...) Excellent design. Lived up to its name, that is for sure. Managed a marginal victory in the end.
  18. A bit further down it says: Availability Details: Pending Reprint Decision (Priced, No Stock Available in Warehouse or Retail) Just have to wait and see.
  19. Looks good, but seems to be out of print/stock.
  20. Just curious - what do you consider being "broken" that wouldn't require a new feature? +1 to your second suggestion, do-over installments is never much fun-
  21. 2-3 fps, that doesn't sound good at all. Do you see this both in command and replay phase? Just to make sure, we are mainly concerned with stuttering of animations, i.e. units running across a field, shells from tanks in mid air etc. - and not the map/buildings/trees etc looks choppy when panning the camera.
  22. The link is blocked for me (Sweden). It has happened a lot lately when trying to download free WWII books from sites like that Found in another place two books "Sicily to Cassino" and "Cassino to ?" - do they comprise the "Green Book"? Seems official like Cole's book on the Ardennes.
  23. Thanks Michael. I will look at that, but ideally it would cover all Allied countries.
  24. I'm looking for a book covering the mainland Italy operations from an Allied perspective, preferably one with operational scope and yet enough detail for inspiration for scenarios. Lots of maps and pictures also a plus.
