Hi I've played CMBB asnd CMAK for a few years, albeit on a small scale. I'm looking for scenarios that include air strikes (stukas etc.) and/or lots of artillery. Any tips on great/good scenarios for a rocking single player experience, either out of the box or web downloads? Thanks!

I have not come across any info regarding how squad size affects the ability to spot the enemy. For example, a rifle squad of 12 soldiers will have a far better chance to spot the enemy than a similar squad of just 6 soldiers, given that both aren't moving nor have binoculars. 12 "sets of eyes" would do a better job don't you think? Maybe the game engine calculates for this, but can anyone confirm this?

I got help from Dell's tech support and the solution was to upgrade the firmware for the network card. Apparently what happened was that the IP number setting got reset after quitting CMBB. The network card had contact with the router, but since it had no IP number to connect to, it all failed.

I am a newbie to the game, but I must admit it is highly addictive - it is seriously taking too much of my spare time - but for sure, have another go at it. I regret not buying this sooner. I guess I'll get into CMAK as well.

Thank you for your reply Schrullenhaft. I run into this problem almost all of the time after quitting CMBB (Alt-Q). I have not yet played via TCP/IP, but are there settings I should look into in any case. I run Windows XP Professional on a brand new Dell Inspiron 9300, and the CMBB program itself runs smoothly without any problems whatsoever. I will see if there are any firmware updates.

Almost every time I quit playing CMBB my WLAN stops working properly. The network card finds the access point, but cannot connect to it. Usually I have to re-start och re-boot the computer to start over. Very annoying. Any ideas how to counteract this problem?
