"HSG N Wittmann's Last Battle" scenario was made for CMETO (CMAK modded to represent the Western Front). That is well done as well.

Once they walked into the room and panned to the floor and showed the parts on it, I knew right off the bat that that jagged piece lying there was the piece of turret floor that was missing in that famous photo of 007 blown to smithereens. It was awesome to see when they digitally placed that part into the pic like a puzzle piece... well done.

My two cents: Unfortunate about your lack of interest in CMAK, North Africa is my favorite theatre along with the Ostfront (especially 41- late 43). I love the North African battles (41-43). Hear that BFC!! hint hint Luckily I still love CMx1 (CMBB and CMAK) they are still spinning on my HD's for my other theatre fixes. hundreds of user made scenarios / operations that I have not even checked out yet, let alone RobO's great ROQC (a quick campaign generator layer for CMx1 CMAK and CMBB) available at CMMODS... so I will be ok until hopefully my fav theatres are covered by CMx2. Thank goodness CMFI came out, I can only handle a few battles at a time in the bocage country, claustrophobia. I like my German optics to be used as they were meant to be used. 1) Don't know I only use WEGO, real time does not interest me at all. 2) As was mentioned, campaigns are linked scenarios with the direction of the campaign branching pending on outcomes in your battle. 3) What ME mentioned in his post. 4) Fun and challenging yes the AI is as I have not mingled with the H2H part of it. 5) You may win the battles, no to altering the way WWII is decided however. From what I have read on these forums, it sounds like making scenarios, let alone campaigns and the maps take a whole lot of effort and patients for the designer. So it may take awhile until the scenario / campaign downloads are as abundant as they are for CMx1. Enjoy.

As Elmar Bijlsma mentioned in another thread about Norton... and I totally agree. That highlighted part says it all. I am now finished with my crusade as I have done all I can do for your poor souls, Norton users.

Yeah I did know that going in, I was more curious to see how my workstation would handle this scenario. I am not to worried about what or how the AI will do against me at the moment. Actually the AI, as is, is doing pretty good job to be honest. It's not very organized, but it has taken out several of my Panzers. I think I will keep going as is for now.

Easiest fix is to trash bin Norton. It is a virus in on itself. It is the first thing I do when I purchase a new computer / laptop if it is installed on it. That and get rid of any easy access IE icons. Get Avast free version (or pay for more coverage) and use Firefox with Adblocker (or Chrome is good I have heard). I have been virus free for years and never have the issues you are describing.

Just some quick notes... Bare with me here as I have never done this testing / input thingy before... I have not had much time lately to test this out. I am plugging away when I can (WEGO against the AI) right now at turn 5 (Germans). I cannot commit to a H2H game for now. So far, The load time to start this scenario the first time took approx. 3.30 min. turn processing times at this time are usually around 1 to 1.45 min. Interested to see if this time will increase as this thing goes on. Here are some pics: Those halftracks are sure pesky... I must crush them.

Any paint program will work for you, just paste it into Photoshop or whatever program you may be using.

I would like to get my Samsung laptop screen to show the black bars as well. My max res is 1600 x 900 on a 17" screen, Nvidia GForce GT 540M. I have tried different things and I will do the google search, but thought I would try a post here as well. Thanks in advance anyone.
