I think something worth noting, is how the conversion will affect the equipment quality settings. I really wish we could have some type of dev blog, which elaborates on such things.

I have physically assaulted someone for doing exactly that. I won't go into details. Absolutely. Even with some books I haven't had time to read yet, just being able to turn my head and see them on my shelf gives me a sense of satisfaction. That's why I started buying e-books. I have books under my bed, in my laundry basket, in my bureau, stacked in the corner of my room, on the floor of my closet, on two shelves in my closet, on my computer desk, and also filling a large steamer trunk and two large plastic tote containers. Mind you, I don't even own the house I live in, I'm just renting a room. I've been told that if I buy more books, I'll be charged for storage. They're only half-kidding. I'll be off for a while, work is work after all. Have a Merry Christmas everyone.

It's even better when they do it from a jeep... As others have said, stop the truck first, then you can dismount. If it's an extreme emergency, click the circle X button to order a halt, and command both the truck, and it's passengers to dismount. That will guarantee the truck stops moving, unless he's completely panicked.

You will also see this behavior when soldiers are running, then slow down to stop. They will appear to "slide" into position. There is only three animations for movement, Walk, Hunt, and Run. When soldiers are "in between" the movement speeds specified for each movement type, you will see some irregularities as the engine compensates. This is all normal. Do not adjust your television.

I'm on the third episode now, it's pretty damn great.
