  1. So necro post to an old thread, but I logged on for the first time in a very long time (hardly touch CM these days) and saw I had a ping in this thread from back in September relating to my tree mod. Would like to set the record straight cuz credit's due where credit's due. Mine was actually inspired by EZ's mod. Many many years ago, EZ posted a screen of the terrain mod he was working on, and I noticed his trees looked a ton better than stock. I waited for his mod to be released, and when it didn't come I couldn't wait any longer. I decided to make a more realistic tree mod myself inspired by what I had seen. The rest is history! Awesome job on your terrain mod, Lucky_Strike. Looks incredible!! Definitely a labor of love, and it shows.
  2. @grunt_GI Thanks, glad to hear you're enjoying it.
  3. @SLIM It's already on cmmodsiii. Link: http://cmmodsiii.greenasjade.net/?p=2566
  4. @agusto Sounds like he's still working on it and hasn't released it yet. However, I did one about a year ago that may tide you over. http://cmmodsiii.greenasjade.net/?p=2566 @HerrTom How did you get the horizontal and vertical black lines in your nvg shader, or is that something done in PS? I don't recall seeing any option in the shader file that does that. Looks cool.
  5. Hey Stagler, I seem to have lost the files for your uniform mods in an upgrade. Don't know if you're around anymore, but if you see this do you mind uploading them again? Thanks!
  6. TBH it wasn't as great as I thought it would be. I found it to be disappointing quality wise, even on the supposed "quality" setting or whatever. The video was still compressed all to hell. Here's the video I recorded with it if you want to see for yourself. The fuzzy text was in the recorded video file and not a product of youtube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XIJNMufUSqk
  7. No offense, but the moment I put a self imposed rule set on myself and delude myself into thinking I'm playing a "simulator," I will stop playing it. I'm actually not joking. No twiddling thumbs in my army. You either fight or you're dead/incapacitated. I use everything at my disposal. Crews from knocked out tanks are used to fight or for other purposes where I don't want to sacrifice infantry, like scouting or going across suspected minefields. Their original usefulness is gone, so why not put them to a good alternate use?
  8. Going through some old screenshots and found this one. Run through the jungle, boys.
  9. I've found using tank crews from knocked out tanks most effective at clearing mind fields. Super easy. Highly recommend.
  10. What can I say? I'm a dyed in the wool minimalist and utilitarian. Tbh I don't mind the Russian unit markings or Ukrainian ID stripes/flags. It's really just the Ukrainian symbols/artwork that makes the minimalist in me go "noooooooooo!"
  11. Thanks for these, great work! Would it be possible to also get the updated versions without the markings? If not, that's cool. Just thought I'd ask.
  12. @Juju - It's a repeatable texture, so you can make it as big as you want :).
  13. I found this: http://i116.photobucket.com/albums/o37/TKB1/facepunch forums skin resources/denison_zps6ozxwtdr.png
  14. Thanks for these, BTR. I've been using your RA Regulation Standard mod since day 1, and these go nicely with them.
  15. Ith formally released it not too long ago, and it's no longer beta. Check a few threads down: http://community.battlefront.com/topic/121726-released-the-lions-of-carpiquet-a-cmbn-campaign/
