  1. It would be good to have some way of distinguishing old mods copied over from the old CMMODS, and the new ones. I found the date of mods aspect to be confusing. Hope that's useful feedback.
  2. Approximately how long does it take for an XO/2IC to be designated as a Co CO? Also, do all the XO/2IC attributes function normally per the prior CO's? When a Platoon CO is KIA, and a Co CO takes over, does the Co CO's attributes also function in the same way as the KIA Platoon CO's used to? I vaguely recall this was all determined some time ago, but a reminder would be great.
  3. FWIW: on WeBoB forums it seems that the early ww2 years are very popular for the tournaments. It is also a lot of fun playing with the (usually) ignored minor countries: Rumania, Hungary, Italy, Poland etc. (In the later years of course one can have minor countries present on both Allied and Axis sides at the same time.)

  5. Thrilled to see the new CMMODS III. Was confused to see all the Aris mods uploaded in September. Are those the old mods with a new date, or has Aris actually made a whole new set of v2 mods dated Sept 2015?
  6. Such a shame that maps can't be transferred between CM2 releases. There was a translation program for CM1 map translation, no such thing on the horizon for CM2 I presume.

  9. I have always thought that playing as if it one was actually the guy on the ground with his life on the line is exactly the "correct" way to play as realistically as possible. That makes one very cautious and is one reason I still get a good game playing vs the AI. If one plays as if units are all expendable automatons/robots, one may as well play a sci fi game.

  12. Ah, that's interesting. So, the % refers to the % of units that are resupplied, NOT the % they are all resupplied. Any idea what the reasoning is for a % of units to be resupplied in full, rather than all units get the same %? What happens with non-core units (assuming a non-core unit reappears in a successive mission)?
  13. The real question is how much did one spend on a computer powerful enuff to run games like CM2 in the first place? If one can afford that, then...
  14. Maybe a KICKSTARTER effort to fund an automated response to the "Why is **** so expensive?" questions that repeatedly come up?
  15. Would it be possible to automate the response to the regular "why is **** so expensive?" questions. That would save so much time having to go over all the same answers all over again.

Since there is little integration by immigrants from the same region who are already in Europe, we here for the next few decades will probably witness an increase in "Islamification". Who knows... future generations' history books may record this as a brilliant strategy to fight the western/Christian powers... first neutralizing via political correctness, and then destroying through population and culture displacement.
  18. A list might be useful. I usually play campaigns and I do not recall seeing dumps in any of the missions.
  19. Re Ammo Dumps... other than a demo scenario, are there any scenarios/campaigns out there that feature em??
