MOD- Winter Panther GL, ready to go!
lcm1947 replied to Joshik's topic in Combat Mission Archive #4 (2002)
Can't help you on posting it but I would love to have the mod. It's really neat looking. Love those colors. Great job and please do let us know if you get it posted someplace and if not I would certainly like to have it emailed to me if that's not asking too much otherwise I'll wait to hear where it is. Thanks for the work and thinking of us. -

Kump I am just so very very impressed with what you have done. I really am. This is an outstanding tool. Actually outstanding is not a strong enough word but you get what I mean. Just wanted you to know. Thank you for all the hours and hours you have put into this site. Outstanding!!!!!!!!!!! -

lcm1947 replied to Måkjager's topic in Combat Mission Archive #4 (2002)
Well it looks like I came back at just the right time. Looking good Makjager! I love em. I really like the zimmerit one. Thanks again for the mods my friend. -
Save these MODs from the scrapheap?? (*BIG PIX*)
lcm1947 replied to Joshik's topic in Combat Mission Archive #4 (2002)
Man you can't go away for 3 weeks without coming back to talk of stopping production on some mods for CMBO. Why would anyone not want more mods? So my 2 cents is YES please finish them and then move on to CMBB but please do finish them. Looking good. -
Are you people HAPPY now??
lcm1947 replied to Panzer Leader's topic in Combat Mission Archive #4 (2002)
Well I'll continue to play CMBO and use this forum. I'll probably buy CMBB but after getting used to get will more than likely come but to the Western front and my sherman's. As far as the two forums I actually like it. It will save a lot of reading and wasted time - at least as far as I'm concerned. I do have one very big fear however and that is what if BFC allows the Peng to post on both forums? That I couldn;t take. -

BFC Did not make any improvments in CMBB
lcm1947 replied to WWB's topic in Combat Mission Archive #4 (2002)
So basically it's the same game except with Russian's? We have been had. Those darn BFC guys. -
Another mod (country) heard from
lcm1947 replied to Gordon's topic in Combat Mission Archive #4 (2002)
Excellent idea Gordon. While I can't mod I certainly will use them and for this I thank each and everyone of you modders. You guys are great. So here we go. I am dying to see the end result. Man just look at what was done for CMBO. Hell just seeing the new mods as they come up is as much fun as playing the game. In my opinion of course. -
Bmp fix for pink spots on stock pzIIIm roadwheels
lcm1947 replied to Tiger's topic in Combat Mission Archive #4 (2002)
One guy mention pink spots and you take care of it. What a guy you are Tiger. Hey those two tank mods of yours look great. Really good to have you back. -
Is it too soon to start Modding? Heheheh
lcm1947 replied to Volker's topic in Combat Mission Archive #4 (2002)
I can hardly wait to see what our modders can do although I have to admit the game looks pretty darn good as it is. They did an excellent job and I'm impressed with the originals. -

Yet another CMBB mod preview...
lcm1947 replied to Gyrene's topic in Combat Mission Archive #4 (2002)
So the modding starts. Great. Good job Gyrene and thanks. -
This has been discussed of course. What hasn't? But to answer your question I don't actually remember ever getting a final word if even a comment by BFC back when it was discussed. I could be wrong however so my post is just a bump kind of like to see if somebody that actually knows comes by. Personally though I can't decide which I would prefer. A separate forum for CMBB or sharing this one. Off the top of my head however I do believe a separate one would be better. Oh well, they probably won't ask me anyway although I think I could certainly help them in deciding. Well, I mean I guess I could. Well, I don't care just let them do what they want - I guess? I sure hope my reply helped?

Good and bad news at Toms Combat Mission HQ
lcm1947 replied to Tom TCMHQ's topic in Combat Mission Archive #4 (2002)
And here I thought it was going to be a good day. Bummer Tom. Your site is tops and I would hate to see anything happen to it. Here's hoping and wishing for good things to happen. Please keep us posted. -
Very nice Strontiim Dog. Excellent idea and looks great. Too cool. These little extra's really help the game in my opinion. I really like it thanks for doing it.
-
Hey there flesh I just took a look at your new smoke mod and must say it's a keeper. Big improvement over the darker ones although they have their place for sure. Looks like I'll be switching them around as both are certainly good. The added plus in your's would be that you can see through them better. I did have trouble seeing through the dark ones so your's will really help there. Thanks for thinking of us and you work. Good idea. Are you going to try something else as far as mods?
-
Well then a good job done Makjager. I am extremely happy with them. Thanks a ton!!!! And as far as the Charging Knight emblem you go ahead and do what you want I'll use it. It looks neat. And God I hate to point this out but someone's got to - you misspelled knight. Looking forward to seeing them in my games. Very nice job!!!!!! Oh and if you are still around Andrew I joke with you because I love. But seriously in my books you are tops. I love the Pershing you so kindly did and what a job and beauty it is. No, I will always think kindly of you my friend. Take your time but remember I am 54 years old.
