  1. 76mm, thanks for all the work. Just gave it a turn, with files loading from outside seems to work just fine. Encountered no problems. Thanks, All the best, Kip.
  2. Hi, Thanks for the heads up.. BTW. Stout Hearts by Ben Kite does the same trick. Great book, a click ahead of Closing With The Enemy by Michael Doubler, yet another great book and in its day the best of best on CM scale, WWII tactics. All the best, Kip.
  3. Hi, Agreed ! In all versions of CM. All the best, Kip.
  4. Macisle, hi, Goodness, we are doppelgangers in our CM habits.. ! Thanks, All the best, kip.
  5. Macisle, congratulations.. superb map and video. Hugely looking forward to when all is realised. All the best, Kip. PS. As with 76mm would be great to have a map free from AI/units and such to use for homemade fun when the project is complete.
  6. George, hi, Thanks... this guy is good at what the does . All the best, Kip.
  7. 76mm, hi, a fantastic piece of work. Wonderfully helpful and easy to use. Many thanks :). All the best, Kip.
  8. Kieme, fantastic mods.. Thanks. All the best, Kip.
  9. Pak40, thanks.. this all helps. All the best, Kip.
  10. Jan, thanks.. I am no modder, but the odd tweak I do make. So useful. All the best, kip.
  11. ThePhantom, hi, not really played much yet.. but I always go in a take a good look to see if there Is anything worth putting time aside for. There certainly is . Very professional look to things. Clearly all astonishingly high quality stuff. Briefings, map, everything. When I have time, it may not be soon sadly for me, look forward to giving it a go. Thanks, All the best, kip.
  12. George, Tremendous.. fantastic the way you keep them coming. Don’t stop!!! As with many of your fans a real CM event when you release stuff :). Will save it for when I have time to really appreciate it.. something to look forward to. Thanks, All the best, Kip.
  13. Hi, Goodness.. gets more and more impressive. Sadly have been too distracted by work but looking forward to catching up and using these incredible mods. Congratulations to all involved. Fantastic stuff.. All the best, Kip.
  14. Hi, "Amazing work, Barbaricco. Sorry, Kohlenklau, modding really isn't my thing. I would never be satisfied with my own work and would not enjoy it." My sentiments exactly.. I am hopelessly unartistic.. but still greatly appreciate the incredible work others do. This is a stunning project :). All the best, Kip.
  15. Hi, yup.. really superb stuff.. Adds a tremendous amount. Thanks to all involved. Incredibly lucky to have CM, in a league all its own. Just think Steve and Charles all those years ago might really have developed Space Lobsters instead of CM ;). CM being such high quality then attracts above quality talent that gives us above mods :). All the best, Kip.
  16. Hi, a lot of very good stuff going on... As with all, greatly look forward to release. All the best, Kip.
  17. Grunt_GI, I like to copy QBs I to the normal Scenarios folder and then use them ultra-flexibly in the editor. That may be what Kohlenklau is advising, haven’t looked.. All the best, Kip.
  18. Grunt_GI, hi, Short answer is yes.. you can swap about terrain from title to title. Normally, sometimes. So if you look at say the terrain in the Winter Mod, in your data folder, you may find some type of vegetation say.. branches [snow].bmp as the title/name to one of the graphics. The Mod is the [snow] part. If you now go to the Editor in CMRT. Down the left hand side you want “Mission” from the drop down menu. Click on “description” from the list below Mission. At the very bottom of the list below you will now see Mod Tag. Click that and you will see that you can Clear away a Mod Tag or Import a new one. A Mod Tag is just a pure, standard text file with say “snow” in the top right hand corner, i.e. in the this case just one word… snow .. that has been saved to the Scenarios folder in CMRT. When you click Import under Mod Tags the CMRT goes to the scenarios folder and just shows the text files therein for you to choose from. You can then select any one you wish, view it on screen there and then, keep it by Saving the scenario or Clear it away and try another. Feel free to ask any more questions.. in truth the manual is a little weak on Mod Tags. I think you will find more in the new Bulge manual when released. Simply too much to cover for the first versions of the manual. Good luck, All the best, Kip.
  19. Rinaldi, hi, Looks great. Look forward to it.. Battle for the Ukraine not only fits well with the mod but also one of the more interesting phases of the war. All the best, kip.
  20. Hi, fantastic.. thanks to all... Off to work now but will grab them for the long, New Year weekend. Thanks to Kevinkin, Kohlenklau and Barbaric..:). All the best, Kip. PS I take QB maps and transfer them to "Scenarios.." and then use them as an ultra-flexible, QB resource too... Bit nerdish, but superb way to use them. Quick edit and you are there..
  21. Kohlenklau, BarbaricCo, Truly phenomenal, outstanding :). Adds a huge amount. What would we do without you guys? Don’t stop now.. more, more.. !!! Thanks, All the best, Kip.
  22. Hi, Yup.. Generation War I thought was good. Band of Brothers and Pacific still my top ratings, but I thought Generation War was Ok series. All the best, Kip.
  23. Kohlenklau, hi, Just noticed this.. looks very atmospheric.. just the job. Yup… atmosphere is what matters.. am keen to use the mod when ready. Even if range of builds or terrain is limited. Still good stuff. Don’t stop now :). All the best, Kip.
  24. Sonar, Others have probably said the same.. but do remember that the old CMBB enthusiasm is now spread over so many more products. One of the great things about CMX2 is the Upgrade system. So many titles/setting all up the latest standard. All the best, Kip.
  25. Para, 76mm, I agree… but In this clip looked as though they are going for a straight Band of Brothers, Pacific, Generation War style. The Russians are no slouches in the arts, they must enjoy the Rambo style they normally go for. As in their latest Stalingrad film. All the best, Kip.
