MeatEtr
So here's Steve on vacation: Here's a new friend he made: And here he is preparing the new CMN update/bone: The only question that remains is, when will he ever make it back?
Stoppelhopser
*scrolls back up to the blue dress* Understandable, Tanja Song is gorgeous ... and natural. Don't ask how I know.
souldierz
Love that Hooters picture(the one with the cake:)).Refreshing, and energizing. Now there's a bone I can appreciate:D. Funny post MeatEtr:), I guess the one they called Charles was just part of Steve's imagination all along.

Dietrich
*reckons the fact that none of the pictures with 'big hooters' have been removed is proof that the folks of BFC (or just Steve) are busy working on the game everyone is [im]patiently waiting for*

Elmar Bijlsma
Save you from the hooters? It's well known that looking at hooters will result in a bone.

Cid250
Is not June, why people is so impatient... The more that it takes, the better... i expect to get at least the CMx1 functionality included into CMx2, and that can't be done fast for sure.
MeatEtr
Is not June, why people is so impatient... The more that it takes, the better... i expect to get at least the CMx1 functionality included into CMx2, and that can't be done fast for sure. Nobody wants them to rush it out the door. Everybody just wants more info/update, a.k.a. BONE. Steve gave us a rough estimate on the release date, which is right now. But still not a word, no forum, no nothing. At this rate, we can all predict the obvious June 6th release date.
Migo441
I'm not sure about the "...more [time] that it takes, the better" theory. In that case, they should never release it and/or Duke Nukem Forever will be the all time greatest game due to its protracted development schedule. The average fan here (most of us) doesn't have information on the state of CM:N development. So we then don't have a reasonable idea of the likely release date. So we then are reduced to begging for bones... Somewhat pathetic begging, yes. But very heartfelt!

Or the promised info on the new QB system, that was supposed to be given to us before programming would begin on it. For goodness sake I hope that Charles has finished with the QBs. It's a commitment that I could stand being broken at this point.
costard
It's so good they want to keep it all for themselves: our ready cash holds no allure.
Deputy
Well I'm a newbie to the Combat Mission series. I got all 3 WW2 sims yesterday and am having a blast playing them. Each one works flawlessly and I sure like the graphics. However, I also bought Theatre of War 2 : Kursk 1943 and what a disappointment that was! I won't harp on it again in this forum, but suffice it to say it was released unfinished, IMHO. And the one patch it received didn't fix much. So I would rather they take their time releasing CM:N until it is really ready for release and has been beta-tested thoroughly.

Since your new to the CMx1 series, check out these sites for great scenarios: http://www.the-scenario-depot.com/index.html http://www.the-proving-grounds.com/ Besides the ones already installed from the game, there is enough scenarios there to last.... well pretty much the end of time. Lots of great mods here too: http://cmmods.greenasjade.net/
dischord
Wasn't there also supposed to be a NATO module released for CMSF some months ago? I haven't even heard it mentioned since some time in 2009. Did I miss something?
FFE
Wishlist: Marrying operational art of war with cm, then starting a Barbarossa scenario. It would be an exciting mix of strategic and tactical operations. (hint hint hint) It would take a year+ to to finish a scenario, but oh the joy...
souldierz
I would love to see The Operational Art of War and CM combined.I still play OAW3 from time to time.I have a South Vietnam campaign going(last one I finished was the Saddam's Final Gamble 2003 scenario),and it would be great if you could play the battles like CM.I really like both games and like I said,I would love to see those 2 worlds collide somehow. It would be great fun and a good game to dedicate time to.
