Lee
GriffinCheng: I agree, zombies are a lot of trouble in Thief. They keep coming after you even after you hack them down with your sword. Flame arrows do a nice job against them, though. Don't forget to play Thief II when you are done with Thief. It may interest you guys to know that the same team that made the first X-Com is making a sequel called Freedom Ridge. Once again you'll be able to battle aliens while in command of your squad. The graphics are excellent. I just hope they keep a high quality turn-based combat system in place. Real time is no good for games like this. aka_tom_w
Multi player Age of Empires on a FAST network is fun. It is RTS but it is still fun. Its good for up to 8 players and I like AoE almost as much as CM. -tom w

Guest wwb_99
I keep myself going on a mix of Flanker 2.0 (and can't wait for 2.5--MiG-29s), Counterstrike, and cocaine (in order to eliminate sleep, which is unecissary given work, games, and CM). Silver Stars
Other then CM, I've been playing Medal of Honor 1 and 2 on the Playstation.I know, it's a puny console game, but still the only FPS out there that lets me blast nazi hordes with a BAR.....Wish someone would quit making counter-strike mods for all those FPS's out ther and go WWII!!! P.S. so it's the X-Com team doing that Anne McCaffrey Game, eh? Sweet 3D Graphics and Turn-Based Squad play? That game is sounding better and better....... ------------------ "Life is pain. Capt. Pig
CM is clearly unique and I certainly love it tons. But I am one of those strange people who DO still play other things, partly to be able to play with friends (multiplayer). But now that will change, eh? Here are the disks I've been keeping handy lately: Close Combat "5" Sid Meyer's Gettysburg (and Antietam) MS Combat Flight Sim 2 I just ordered Steel Beasts, and I would be rushing to get B-17 II, but they dropped the multi-player ability, so... Vomitmeister
Counterstrike, Diablo2, Homeworld, System Shock 2, West Front Has anyone played Fighting Steel? Saw an ad for it and looked at some reviews. They complained about bugs, but I've noticed that there have been numerous patches put out since then. So, is it any good?
