That's about right. And since the construction of the structures was not robust, there was probably more than if the same sized weapon was detonated over a similar size US city.  You can see in some of the aftermath pictures there are some more substantial structures still standing, even though gutted. I don't know what was around those before the bombing, but I imagine they were probably unusual compared to the majority. You can see in many photos the absence of rubble, which would make you think a lot of wooden structures that were completely vaporized or burned. At Nagasaki, there is more rubble visible in pics I've seen, but still almost total destruction. 
The blast and heat sets off the firestorm though, so really it's all part of the same overall effect. The air comes rushing back into the center and feeds the fire with massive quantities of oxygen.
Not sure if that's any help. Thankfully, we don't have others to compare to and these are our only two examples. Tests set up to test blast effects used few and isolated objects/buildings so not much to compare to.

Here is "cutted scene" - the fifth Russian tank didn't blow up on the mine, this was very close artillery shell hit - the tank passed between disabled vehicles and drove further and shot with the gun. Then it stopped. Maybe shell fragments penetrated side hull and caused some damages, who knows.
Theese "luckies" were from next exotic unit, moved to Ukraine - 18th machingun-artillery division from Far East, which defends Kurils islands. Captured documents showed m/u 71436 - this is 49th machingun-artillery regiment (Iturup Island) of this division. They tried to breakthroug to Bohorodychne village along Siverskyi Donets river bank, but got some mines and artillery fire. UKR 79th air-assault brigade reportedly defends the village. 
Machinegun-artillery regiment has two machinegun-artillery battalions, one mobile motor-rifle battalion on MT-LB, tank company of 9 tanks (T-72B in 2017), artillery battalion (18 2S5 or 6 2S5 and 12 2A36), AT-battery, SAM battalion (8 TOR-M2U), AA battalion (6 Strela-10, 6 Shilka, 27 MANPADs), MLRS battery (6 Grad)

Not only in Bohorodychne was hot today. At the morning Russian troops took some ground near Verkhniokamyanske, but after heavy artilelry strikes Russians reportedly suffered heavy losses and withdrew even from recently taken positions.

Take a stroll on it in Google Steet View  Road bridge is built next to the main dam structure. Railway tracks go on top, but on a superstructure of sorts, that should be susceptible to damage without risk to the main structure.

There have been many posts about this over the years by @Haiduk, who could give concrete figures; AFAIK, it's quite common.
And, as you can tell from the (family) names of soldiers, this is represented for the Ukrainian side in CMBS as well. 

I found the video of recent skirmish in the Gray Zone - UKR detachment discovered by RU drone, shelled by mortars and got into an ambush, coordinated by drone operator. Unfortunately, it contains UKR wounded and dead soldiers. So, I am not posting it. Instead, I am posting a short description. This is how modern skirmish between drone ready and not drone ready infantry looks like. While I was writing it the video got blocked. But anything you need to know is below. Guys from Territorial units, this is especially for you. This is what you will face because RU will unlikely to throw at you the conventional forces (NATO article 5) but will instead initiate cross border raids by hardcore volunteer units like you see below.

Interesting is that this girl seem to be serve as common infantry sergeant on frontlines, not medic/staff officer as many women in uniforms do. It's curious how common it is in Ukrainian army.

As the whole Duma is moronic/corrupt (quite few of them say stupid things because they got paid to say that. They are not that dumb in real life). 
Russian Federation was never intended to be democratic country. It was always intended to be democratic enough to be seen as one. But at least initially Duma had some power so it attracted not only clowns like Zhirinovsky but some normal politicians like Nemtsov as well.
When Putin came to power that was fixed, so Duma became a complete clown show. Imagine all sorts of freaks who have big salaries and have really nothing to do. I mean cocaine and strippers can do only so much... So, they snort, go to journalists, say stupid stuff, watch everybody discuss it, feel important and go to strippers like @BlackMoria said. Actually, for a RU citizen they have a very successful life.
But I need to add that apparently, they feel  Putin plan is a bluff of confrontation with everybody. So, they say stupid things that look confrontational but there is no substance behind them.

Huh.

Very sad news. 'Brest", a Commander of Kastuś Kalinoŭski Regiment is reported to die in battle. Circumstances are not known, however this unit was often used as elite light infantry operating in close contact with enemy, so probably infantry skirmish.

I don't usually call the Russians "Orks", but this is starting to look like something from Warhammer 40K.

I checked out joining the International Legion when it was first was announced but at age 65 and 25 years out of the military, naturally it was a polite 'no'.  Too old, not current or recent military and my medical history was a guaranteed 'no' but I tried.
So I did the next best thing.  I had a $1500 DJI drone.   I sent it to Ukraine as a donation in my stead.  If I can't do my part, at least my drone can.  I wonder at times every time there is a Ukrainian drone video, if it is my bird.  That helps me get through all of this.
