I thought a battery could only fire one gun when firing precision rounds. Or are you saying you fire three batteries at a time on one target?

I noticed that the crew does say packing up when one is trying to limber an ATG. Interesting if it doesn't work the other way; I'd be as confused about it as you, Kohl.

That's proof that I don't know what I'm doing with the Russians. Started a new game against a U.S. opponent in Pbem and have lost 1/3 my force and I think I have not killed 1 thing. Grrrrrr

I ended up getting via Amazon.com a number of the Commando Comics. Great stuff, and an inspiration. Some of the stories are truly magnificent, others are more ordinary. But I've noticed that there too, Teufel, Himmel, mein Gott are roughly the limit of foreign languages. I'm curious what beyond Banzai! will be in the Pacific theatre ones. Not to worried about the German language tax. I owned German cars and paid enough for servicing them. Poesel's salary is covered!

Crickey! I thought I had it right - I spend a lot of time on the translations - aside from grammar and syntax, idioms are the worst! I will correct my masters, although I can't change the image displayed above, I want to have it correct. Thank you for letting me know!

And when it comes to arcs, I don't think it's mentioned in the manual that if you hold the SHIFT key the arc becomes a full circle, allowing you to set not a narrow arc but rather an overall limit to how close in your unit will engage enemies. I find this handy for small isolated units (like recon teams) that may by the one tends use them end up with enemies not just to the front but the flanks as well.

Sasha is just there to watch Dima doesn't get blindsided when he's sniping. Yeah, getting a good shot at the Panther commander is the goal, but there are a lot of German infantry protecting it. Tough to do with them shooting at any infantry showing their heads. Might have to do a little clearing of the riff-raff around the tank first.

I still marvel at how good CMBN is and its overall popularity. I know it's influenced by the fact it's been around longer but there are constantly new posts, and interesting discussions in the CMBN sub forum. Awesome stuff!
