LESSON LEARNED.
My buddy, my CM PBEM opponent, my VASL opponent and tutor, he had my old CMRT Italian CSIR mod and it was causing a conflict for THIS mod.
I am only human. I guess I had a few non-modtagged stuff in that other mod. ooops.
OK, why are we in CMRT for this test scenario? You 3 or 4 people actually out there might ask that.
Well, for this scenario I needed a freaking anti-tank rifle so I had to use CMRT.
BFC has no sympathy for my woes.

I love really your determination and  obstination to do your best, this mod could be one of your best, this one could be also a step to created perhaps 39 with Poland like Falaise was talking shortly about, and 36 in Spain,...ok perhaps a little too much...need only very old vehicles,  and simple weapons... hold down Phill, if I can do something tell me, this will not perhaps be perfect but perhaps this help you a little to breathe.

OK, the leather texture is soon to come but I have found the seed that will eventually be the "Falaise Memorial Cartridge Belt"...
I am a Blender hacker amateur pinball machine tilter. But I keep trying. I did try my own custom 3D shape and it had an error so I tried my other trick which is to successfully open a BFC mdr and THEN sneak in what I want and export it usually successfully. That still was giving me errors. So, I resorted to going "mdr shopping" for an exisiting gear that seemed about what I needed. It came from the "british_breadbag" so I called it for now the "frenchy_breadbag". This is only because I try to stay with same number of letters.  british is 7 letters and so is frenchy.
I have made the leather texture from Falaise's photos but now must rework it.
Here it is before...not perfect but I was gonna try to use it as version 1.

Notice this below official mdr for the original british_breadbag is kinda lower quality with those gaps showing when rendered. Maybe somebody's kid did it.
The center heart is where I tried to dial the dimensions to be what Falaise told me. Blender kinda rounds it slightly different versus what I entered.

Oh yes, I forgot the BP for Normandy have to come...thanks to remind in details !

appreciated rob, when the moment are coming to continue the Airbornes mod I will give you a sign !

o   Purple Heart Lane – Command the 101st Airborne from the Battle of Ste Come du Mont through to the Battle of Carentan.
§  A slight experiment in campaign design, allowing the player to fight a rolling battle at their own pace over several in game days. Can you keep pace with history or will the 17SS Panzer Grenadier Division arrive in time to make your task more difficult?
Current count, 110 scenario variants so that is quite a long campaign script.
§  A recreation of the Carentan Operation from Combat Mission: Beyond Overlord.
o   Fist of Iron – Take control of the 17SS Panzer Grenadier Division on the 13th of June as they launch their counterattack to retake Carentan. Can you defy history?

i thought i had them installed, but wasn't paying much attention-  might have to fix that...

for the UI you can use a mix of Juju mods available on CMMODs !

The Campaign title will be "Operation Boston - Objective La Fiere".
I am working only on American vs AI. I will not be creating a German vs AI version. All of my previous scenarios are having to be reworked because of the carry over of casualties and such from scenario to scenario.
It is easy to create a single scenario but difficult to create one that is balanced (in terms of victory points) and more difficult to create an AI program that appears reasonably intelligent and difficult for the player to screw up. Also a lot of tinkering is required to prevent the player screwing it up with a cease fire.
That said, ...
It is easy to create a campaign but extremely difficult to create one that is historical and simultaneously has the possibility of altering history. Add to that the same old AI programming and cease fire issues PLUS the casualty carry over.
All of my previous scenarios have to be reworked.
An example: I have been spent five days 8am to 11pm reworking just one scenario over and over, recording progress every 5 minutes to try to get three different variations of the same scenario to work.
As for retiring - this really will be my last effort. Jut gotta get around to painting my samurai figs. Already too late for this years March "Hot Lead" wargaming convention. Aiming for 2024 (if my ticker lasts).
