    This will be with pleasure Tim, but for the time I am busy to check the "clean HD I dont have the nessessary budget like I was thinking for a Mac but for a SDD for now, then I have to arrange and reinstall all first also install patch for every modules, so lot of things to do,  without to tell you my "obligations and daily jobs for my sweet lady and her domestic purpose and need " then,  I will be ready and can breathe 😉😇

    I buy already by BFC and have the key but not the date out,

    Hi 

    Just a question regarding to the pdf file (about tank riders).

    I was checking briefly, the pdf file, tanks are not able to have some "tank riders" like the picture below, but

    the "capacity of places" to transport them is free, I mean can be wearing some peoples, is this a mistake in the pdf or this will be like this in the game ?

    Many tanks are in this situation...

     

    This is perhaps a bad interpretation of the transport capacity but it will be nice to confirm !

    Also that the Pershing appear as Medium tank, this one is not from a Heavy category ?

    The statue is wrong, but that is where the statue of the children dancing around crocodiles was.

    I made a new grey 24th Panzer Division Panzer III, fits in well with the other Stalingrad models.

    The building on the left is the Stalin Museum, and the yellow building is the Nail Factory, where Dragon held on in September for a while before retreating to a building near the Volga. Then there is the famous House of Utilities to the right of the image.

    ...go do something for the community that demands again and again...but do it well, and above all within the rules, if you don't want to find yourself swept under the carpet and be demoralized, from the job that you share without asking a receipt, but also without asking yourself if there won't be a dark soul who will be behind your back or possibly who will take over your job and your ideas for their personal good!!

    that's the story and difference between a modders or just a member, you do something for the community you receive goods but also above all from critics, who sometimes make you sink into despair,... you never do anything but you give criticism you are listened to, followed, and sometimes even cheered.

    Well, guys, nice to read, exist happy guys, with happy macos, with happy Time Machine, or whatever... hope very much that Windows users will be also happy to have this interresting system and make also happy guys soon working on last cry with ssd HD, and not archeology HD almost DOS prehistoric system,  like me !

    How Hot is Ukraine Gonna Get?

    What is not on that list is how much the US is providing in C4ISR support, which is critical.  But the US accounts for about 1/3 of Ukrainian aid, most of it military.  It would be a very big step, and in many ways a retreat from global leadership for the US to pull out of Ukraine completely.  Given what we are seeing now is a symptom of “anything but what the Democrates want or makes them look good”, I am not sure it would carry over to a complete pull out of support.  First off to fully cut out Ukraine would mean actively severing some military ties and systems. Second, the US would have to essentially place sanctions against Ukraine in order to stop private citizen donations.  And all that would take effort and money.  Far more likely, assuming Trump wins (and here he would really need all three houses of US government) we would see highly symbolic noise but baseline aid would continue to flow.  Trump may use that to try and broker some sort of peace deal so he can look like a “winner”.

    Regardless even if the US dropped off the support map completely, 2/3rds of aid continues to flow.  Europe and the rest of the world would have to step up to try and cover off.  Military aid would take a hit but let’s face facts here, most of the military aid has been a bit of a muddle - a mix of equipment and systems thrown at a problem.  Some systems are critical, namely the ones that reinforce Ukrainian denial (especially of the air) others have proven to be useful but not deterministic.  So keeping Ukraine able to deny Russia is likely very possible in this environment.

    As Russia continues to demonstrate, defence and denial have a very low bar while offence has an extremely high one.  Cash followed by data followed by ammunition are the most important things Ukraine needs.  Of all that the US is likely most important for the last one.  Now will the US stop selling Ukraine/Europe ammunition? Not likely - that would take active sanctions.  The US might stop giving but selling is another thing entirely.  

    US aid is directly tied to US influence.  So the real question is how much influence does the US want/need in his region.  The dumb answer is “none” which a surprising number of Americans actually believe - or more accurately they appear to believe that US influence is somehow above a requirement for global leadership.  However, I strongly suspect that those in charge in the US are not dumb. 

    So what?  Well the war would likely continue.  Russia would seize on it to try and cut some sort of deal - and then declare total victory.  Europe and the rest of the world would have to step up and fill the gap.  The war on the ground would likely remain static - gotta be honest, I am not sure if more US military aid would allow for sweeping advances right now regardless.  The best we can expect at this point may be a frozen conflict one way or the other.  If Ukrainians are starting to refuse to defend their own country, well this thing might be sliding to an endgame anyway.

    The West cannot supply Ukrainian will, we can only support it.  Ukraine likely has one more solid chance this spring summer to try and pull off a major operational victory.  I suspect its roots will lie in unmannned superiority, not in fleets of vehicles.  If the UA can pull off a high profile victory it will reinforce support (we love a winner).  If not, well then we are likely at a Korean Peninsula solution.

    And the little blue ball will keep spinning while the monkeys throw poop at each other, wondering why it is getting hotter.

    As said elsewhere JM, it's sad news about your loss (of HD). As you know I had a similar experience, but for sure my HD did not have all of the modding work that yours did.

    If you can revive your friend somehow that would be great.  If not, obviously you will have to repeat the work 😉.

    Hello everyone,

    You are going to tell me why come this discussion thread in CM games?

    Well, I'll tell you why, when you have a faulty hard drive, you may not always pay much attention to it, most old drives need to be kept for many years, you may realize that not only are you getting older, but your discs too, and if you do sport to keep in shape you must do the same with your equipment, or at least have a diagnostic of its health, if you do not do it, well your equipment ends up in the hospital or worse.


    You will also tell me that "oh no problem", I now use the latest generation of disk for all my CMs and therefore I am "armored" or even "it only happens to others" and make no mistake.

    You are not safe from a crash computer and your SSD hard drive is not invincible either, so no need to play Rambo with it, it must be preserved.

    Therefore, having recently suffered an incident with my dear and loving hard drive that I had loved for many years made me feel that it was old and lacking in resources. he let me down.
