  1. I was talking...'1-Turn Behind', otherwise, yes if you get 'Instant-Real Time' Enigma, 'you win!'. Also for a less developed Enigma System, it could reveal information that is 2 or 3 turn's old!,...which would still be an asset, but not be a 'Killer Asset'!.   2. Yes!... 'an interesting scenario' , im all for that concept of an 'Enigma' type intelligence system for 'Human to Human' game's. "GOOD-IDEA!". Of course one would need to expend the resource's necessary to try to achieve that technological level,...to be able to see the enemy's disposition's,...even if a turn late!,...perhap's 2 or 3 turn's late for a less developed 'Enigma' intelligence technology!. Playing against the 'AI', this would not be required, as it already has the ability to know which cities are occupied or not!. I know that to be true, it know's more than it should!.
  3. Look's like almost 'ALL' of the planned project's have gone into the toilet!. So, i can't speak French, but i will try to spell it out....'Sai' La' Vie',...i think it's supposed to mean..."Such is Life!".
  4. I will install version 1.04 after i finish my present game!. So, of course i expect that from what i have heard, that the v1.04 installation should not change your ongoing game's in the v1.03 of your game!. Also, what's with the 'AI'???,...why is it taking nearly half an hour to do it's turn, i thought that computer's were able to work hundred's if not thousand's of time's faster than a human being?. How much scripting would it take to force the computer to spend an eternal half-hour to do it's turn?.

Im playing HONCH7.ZIP and so far so good,...the only problem i have is that even though Mannerheim is at full supply, he cannot move at all, so far, toward Leningrad, and the Finnish Army that start's in Finland has so-far been unable to move at all!. Other than that, i barely have just enough MPP's to keep the Axis in Europe/North Africa going, i do not have enough MPP's to expend on the Japanese!, so they will just have to sit tight!...until, when and if the situation changes!.
  6. The water in the Tar Sands extraction is cleaned, recycled and used again and again,...they do not continuoulsy use fresh water!. What residue is left and how it is taken care of is something that i am still not aware of!. If that residue came from the ground, the Tar-Sand, then i would think that any residue resulting from recycling the water would probably end up where it originally came from!.

So far all that anyone ever hear's about is one tiny little pocket of Tar-Sand that is currently being developed!, heck there's hundred's or maybey even a thousand year's of oil extraction up here!.
  8. In reality, 'Bombing' a City would make it into an 'Instant-Fortress', by the same token, manufacturing/industrial capacity would be reduced!. Perhap's this aspect could be fine-tuned in the game, as for example, incrementally increasing Fortification-Capability as the City is reduced to ruins!.
  9. Sound's like a 'Great-Idea!' " The Great Santini ", look's workable... to me!. Let's see what 'The' Game-Designer or Game Designer's have to say on this matter!. Perhap's this Coalition can be renamed, 'The British Commonwealth'???...or something of that nature!.
  10. Future Patch Consideration: As mentioned in the MODS & SCENARIO Forum, there seem's to be no-way to 'Effect' Surrender-Condition's for MODS in SC2. By the way, "Thank's!!!" for the Patch!, a Patch is a welcomed event that will only enhance our game & gaming experience's!.
  11. Too bad that a 'Surrender-Date' or to 'Force a Surrender' is not possible at this time!. This is something that should be attended too. To be able to 'Set-Up' the condition's/parameter's to 'Effect' a surrender!.

  14. Kennedy & Lincoln might also fit in that definition of 'Conspiracy', ...against them!. Those that oppose the exploitation & abuse of the 'masses', risk life & limb!. Patton doesn't fit within that categorization, so for him, the reason would be something else!. All i know is that he was making life Politically Difficult & Embarrasing for Eisenhower.   16. The Grande Plan is to Globalize the world [The New World Order], therefore..."no-more-borders",...then they will be able to freely-easily aquire the cheapest labour anywhere in the world!. That's why there is so little effort being put in to stop illegal's from crossing the border!...and Border Guard's are being penalized for carrying out their duties!. Not only have i already crossed the border, but am making plan's to move far up north, not too far away from an extension of Alaska that occupies a part of the coast of British Columbia!.
  17. I am of the opinion that this game is worth the $55.00 Plus Shipping, i have had several month's of relentless play with it!. It's very-good, and getting better with the fix's!. Ive spent as much or more money on other games and didn't get a fraction of the fun/entertainment from them!.

  20. So far ive installed a 2nd copy of SC2 on my external Hard-Drive [7200 RPM], on my laptop, applied the v1.03 patch. My External HD is connected through the USB-Port, mouse click's to activate a unit & unit movement is sluggish/delayed 4 second's!. It is frustrating to play a game with that hideous time lag factor!. Im going to try copy the game from the external HD to the main HD on my laptop, and then see if that improves the game unit movement mechanic's!.   23. Any saved games as well as some games designed for an older version will most probably not work with a new updated Patch. Older games can be modified or updated so that they will work with the new Patch, and so some Mod maker's will do that, then post the new updated game at CMMODS http://www.cmmods.com/web/CMMods.nsf?OpenDatabase&login
  24. Edwin P., i almost alway's am in agreement with your game request's, and this time is no different!. I do think that instilling personality attributes or specialties into leader's would enhance game-play, and the Historicity of it!. This concept would could only make the game even more fluid and dynamic than it is right now!.
