Welcome to the forum. *sigh* under 5 minutes. Put Normandy in search and you'll yield a ton of results.

Budget cuts in NATO module countries
Waaarg replied to ZPB II's topic in Combat Mission Shock Force 1
I'd edit this if I could, initial report I read said 0 reported injuries. Updated: The island is near the Koreas' disputed sea border. The attack killed at least two South Korean marines, set dozens of buildings ablaze and sent civilians fleeing for shelter. -
Would you pay for more CMSF features?

Er no as the universal sign of =) would indicate. EA has the exact opposite reputation with its customers as BF does. -

Fixer made me sick, literally glad I watched it but it made me sick. Article: http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=111963996 Is this the same Afghan Breakdown? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CbMIj_jrYTw And thanks for the movie recommendation. Looks a little cheezy but added it to Netflix basket, will watch it after I finish Lost.

EA Execs are pretty good business men and have marketing ninjas. Just saying =) -

Just in: S. Korea saves power but loses real estate taxes on 60 to 70 "beach front properties "(and taxes and power are hell, had one in Hawaii), and N. Korea gets to .... IDK what they get out of it....back in Saturday Night Live? My vote for SF:Korea 1950 and SF:Korea 20XX counted twice in one day! -
I was wondering this as well, so like most heavily populated Youtube comments, you can find someone who asked a question before you if you have the endurance to read enough.... I got to June 20, 2009

A few tweaks that need to be made
Waaarg replied to Crispy1209's topic in Combat Mission Shock Force 1
Ditto for next available game new features are going in. I too have seen this feature in other games. A) no its not gamey and no I have no clue how hard it is (seems to be the two criteria for an idea). -

I read that a few times and didn't see any new info....doh! I'm hoping one day CM will venture to the Pacific either circa WW2, Some where on the Korean Peninsula Circa 1950's, or Korea 20XX. I'll vote for Korea every time this comes up and I see it. Apparently Koreans don't worry about a war with N. Korea, because there is no where to go, I learned that while my wifes cousin was over here. He got a funny look on his face when I told him some Americans call it the Forgotten War (I hate that too). -

Now that you mention it, I remember him posting that. I tried to look it up to post for ya MeatEr but couldn't find it. -

I'd buy anything the SF team put out. Do you guys have the opposing nation(s) selected yet, or is that TBD? -

I have seen you post something like this before. IL2 is still a game and a simulator. It can happen. -
Anyone think the recent development with NATO and Russia will effect them being a viable opponent come time for SF2 given the lead time?

M3 of the German Campaign Ali Bab says TOD is night in the Briefing. "The Moon is Full". With a Minor Defeat in M2, the setup phase was night. I quit out and loaded up M2 again and got a total victory, but now the sun is out. Not sure if this is intended upon a victory in M2 to go to M3. -
That is great news.

Are you watching your C2? I noticed a great reduction and am having a bunch of C2 issues. But ya in the Canadian campaign I have a really hard time spotting ATGM teams, and can be spotted at extreme ranges.
-
I am stuck on Charity, Mission 6 I believe and it has nothing to do with the charges. Haven't noticed an issue in any previous missions, the LAV has a lot of ammo so knocking down walls hasn't been that hard.
-
Anyone have any general rules to keep C2 to work around the 1.3 patch. It appears random but if theres any general guidelines to follow I'd appreciate it.

woops didn't see pg2

What's your record for setup time?

I just took all day on Dawn Assault. Off and on but it must have been over 4 hours of game time. -

Hrm this might be a different name issue than mine. But it couldn't hurt to try. I un-installed - relicensed then re-installed. But make sure you do it in the proper install order or there is a texture issue that pops up. I checked both versions (1.21 and 1.30) and they are the same and I haven't seen that issue in any of my games so I'd give it a shot. -

When I installed the Marine+Brit bundle, all the names were wrong. A re-install fixed it.
