  1. No problem, I took a quick look and I see the issue and fixed it for the next patch, thanks!
  2. Blashy, Scottsmm, let's get back to the Pacific Theater and leave the rest of this discussion for the schoolyard, sound good? Hubert
  3. Just in case you missed it there is a new announcement at the top of this forum covering the Operation Z AAR... as well as a few hints on the upcoming release date http://www.battlefront.com/community/announcement.php?f=80&a=79 Enjoy! Hubert
  4. Amadeus, can you send me the turn if this is repeatable? Send to support@furysoftware.com Thanks, Hubert
  5. Looks like you would get 6 as this is the formula for cutoff resources: (5 * max_occupational_efficiency / 100).floor + 1
  6. Appears as though the game engine doesn't use these symbols when playing in counter mode... I've added it to the list.
  7. Thanks and I am glad you are enjoying the game The production delay issue you have seen might be due to the fact that winter turns are much longer than spring and summer turns, i.e. Winter turns are 1 month in length and Spring Turns are 2 weeks etc. Plus the turns alternate so you could play a turn starting February 25 and your next turn will not be until April 7th etc. For example: February 25th (Human) March 24th (AI) April 7th (Human) This might explain why it seemed to go quicker for the AI in your example since the AI may have bought its units in the Winter months etc. It could be this or it could be units coming off of the P/Q or via a unit script which may confuse things. Not sure if those apply of course but I thought I would throw that in there just in case for consideration. Hope this helps, Hubert
  8. Leadership helps a unit's morale and supply and of course readiness and since these values change over time depending on supply if the unit has high values before it embarks this can be helpful. Units that land take the supply value of the Amphibious Transport right before landing and since AT decrease in supply each turn at sea it is advisable to not keep them at sea too long etc., hope this helps! Hubert
  9. Hi Randy, The original world scenario has a subfolder in the 'Campaigns' directory called '_1939-46 WW2 Global Conflict'. If you navigate to this folder you will find the following items: Bitmaps Interface Scripts Sound campaign.ini localization.txt All you need to do is copy over the folders called 'Bitmaps', 'Interface', 'Sound' and the files campaign.ini and localization.txt to the subfolder for your newly saved version of the Global campaign. When you relaunch the game it will look as expected. Hope this helps, Hubert
  10. Good to hear Robert and I hope you post it at the Battlefront Repository as well... the link can be found here: http://www.battlefront.com/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=314
  11. Nupremal, take a look at the description for FLEET and Amphious scripts and you'll see you can set WAYPOINTS by listing multiple GOAL_POSITION entries. The top entry is always the desired GOAL_POSITION while subsequent entries specify desired WAYPOINTS. If you want Amphibs to use Naval Loops just set the center position of the Naval Loop as one of the WAYPOINTS and the AI should make use of all adjacent naval loop positions. Al, for escorts, the short answer is yes.
  12. I think some of the mods are listed with the information on which flavour of SC2 they are compatible with but other than that like John mentions the best bet is to place them in your 'Campaigns' folder and go from there. If they are compatible with your current version of SC2 you should see them listed when you go to play the game. Hope this helps, Hubert
  13. Goodwood, welcome aboard and it is a good idea and one that I have written on my list of things to add in the future. Thanks, Hubert
  14. I think I know what this is... I'll see if I have the chance to make a correction here but as you said it is very rare so it might have to wait a bit until the Pacific Theater release is out the door.
  15. I think this is the same error that has been reported in another similar situation... good news is that this should be fixed for the next patch. Hubert
  16. Fantastic and I am hoping to upgrade to a Quad Core sometime in the new year so this is indeed good news, thanks for the update!
  17. Good to hear David and as I just posted in the other thread don't hesitate to use the new Battlefront Repository for these files as well. Here is the link: http://www.battlefront.com/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=314
  18. Great stuff Nupremal, feel free to upload it to the new Battlefront Repository as well Here is the link: http://www.battlefront.com/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=314
  19. Might be a bug, I'd have to see the saved turn to confirm and if you have one handy feel free to send it my way.
  20. It is still in the works but unfortunately on the backburner right now until we wrap up the Pacific Theater. Hopefully not too much longer for either of these products.
  21. I'll still have to claim coincidence on the PDE release although it is not to say that Battlefront didn't pull a fast one on me as well... that being said, you never know with these sneaky guys just what kind of surprise they might have in store for the Pacific Theater release
