  1. Nupremal, I tried your campaign and switched Nationalist China to a US minor and then forced a US join and I didn't encounter the switching side issue. Can you confirm or if there were other circumstances that I am not taking into account? Hubert
  2. Took it for a quick spin and I agree that this looks very well researched and a labour of love, congrats! Quick tip on the file size, looks like you included all the sounds in the 'Sound' sub directory. To reduce the overall file size you can remove the ones that have not changed as this should help reduce it from the 95MB it is currently. Hubert
  3. Nupremal, if you can, send me a link to your campaign as I think I need to see it in action in order to understand the switching sides issue. Hubert
  4. Nupremal, Convoys and Naval Loops are two different things game wise, i.e. Convoys are for the transfer of MPPs and Loops are used to re-route active units from one part of the map to another. Either way I am not 100% sure I understand what you are trying to achieve, can you provide some more details so we can help you sort this out? Hubert
  5. SeaMonkey, What exactly is the problem? Is the campaign not working if you try and download from CMMODS? Did you also zip up the campaign subfolder?
  6. Preussen, No need to update your Editor rather you just need to make a few small adjustments. Note this is only needed for Blitzkrieg as the newer releases don't have this issue with the Editor. If you resaved the Global campaign as let's say 'Global Custom' then you need to navigate to the original 1939-46 WWII Global Conflict subfolder and copy the following files and folders, i.e. 'Campaigns\_1939-46 WWII Global Conflict': -Bitmaps -Interface -localization.txt -campaign.ini Once you've copied these, navigate to your newly saved 'Global Custom' subfolder in the 'Campaigns' directory and paste these in there. After that reload your campaign and it should work as expected. Hope this helps, Hubert
  7. In this case, the way to do the convoy loop is to have the last tile for one section be the a map edge and the first tile for the next section be another map edge. For example, if the map is 10x20 and I want the convoy loop to go off from the right edge of the map and then start up again from the bottom of the map, then the last tile on the right edge would be tile 10 (on the right edge) and the next tile in proper order would be tile 20 on the bottom edge etc. If you take a look at Fall Weiss and see how the convoys from Egypt or Iraq go to the UK you can follow this logic etc.
  8. Hi Al, Which campaign is this for? I only ask as I believe a few of them can play slower as it becomes more involved simply due to the extra units, countries and distances involved such as in Case Neptune etc. Hubert
  9. AZGungHo, This might be due to an HQ error as Bill pointed out. We actually found another one that is incorrect for the Case Neptune campaign that will be corrected for the next patch. I believe it is the one in the Red sea on a transport. If you can't wait for the patch a workaround would be to delete it and replace it then it should work fine. Hubert
  10. Not sure to be honest but if you crack open the campaign in the Editor you can easily check this by looking at the Alternate capitals for the USSR. If it lists any others, i.e. other than just Moscow it should work fine. Also, you can confirm that the Victory scripts do not end the game prematurely if Moscow is captured as well by taking a look at those. Hope this helps, Hubert
  11. Hang in there... we are making some nice progress and things should all come together when the time is right
  12. Wow, some interesting work being done in here for sure! Looking forward to seeing these maps in action, definitely keep the group updated
  13. Bill is correct, it is once per turn at the end of your turn etc.
  14. Those are locked in as well and for the other tiles, this is just to create some variety in the appearance of the map as there is a slight variation with how those *solid* tiles are textured etc.
  15. This has been discussed in private email but for reference I am just posting the recommended suggestions: Not really sure what the error could be then if you find it is the AI as well as the graphics. My guess is that it is probably system related but I can't say for sure without seeing it first hand. I would suggest the following: - Download and install all the latest drivers for your system including the latest installation of DirectX - Download and apply the latest patches for the games from Battlefront - Try playing with Video Acceleration On and try another time with it Off to see if there is any difference.
  16. Hi Colt9012, This is something we are considering for down the road but unfortunately not possible at the moment.
  17. Hi Sombra, Unfortunately there were no changes to TCP/IP for the v1.05 patch so I suspect it may be that something is up with your system... although difficult to say for sure without seeing the issue first hand. For the Greek partisans I believe it is not dependent on Athens but rather the various mountain tiles in the surrounding area etc.
  18. Nupremal, Sounds fantastic and to answer your question on the tiles, this is unfortunately not something that can be changed in the Editor as the values for the tiles, i.e. whether it is land or sea is locked in.
  19. Hi Vincezh, When you right clicked to run as administrator, did you select yes for each security question? If that still does not work you can try and temporarily disable the User Access Control to install/launch the game and then re-activate it after this is successful. For more details on how to disable User Access Control please go here: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/disable-user-account-control-uac-the-easy-way-on-windows-vista/
  20. vincezh, Just to confirm, did you try to right click on the desktop icon and then select "Run as Administrator"? This is a little bit different then just running the program logged in as an Administrator but quite often makes all the difference. Hubert
  21. Hi Jhon, Sorry to hear about the trouble... looks like there was a small hiccup with the servers but it should be all fixed now. If you try downloading it again it should work as expected. Hubert
  22. Great news and I too am looking forward to seeing the final product
