I am guessing foxholes and trenches (do and will) represent that already.

I pretty much pick my forces how everyone alse here, does. I usually go with regular troops, but I do buy 2 platoons (depending on the point size) of veterans. If I am playing as the Germans,(1500pt) I go with 2 regular SS rifle Companys and 2 veteran SMG platoons. Maybe even 3 veteran SMG platoons. This way I am not buying a SMG horde, but I stay as historical as possible. I use the vet SMGs for special attack, main thrust kind of deal.

Stugs RULE!!! I love the Stug IV and Stuh42, those thing can hold their own against any allied tank. Just like commi here said, inexpensive and powerfull.

This is a great idea, fake mines. And mine field being approved upon. I always find myself with insufficient defence capabilities in an attack-assualt QB. Fake mines at the cost of mayby 3-5 points would be great.

I don't they would mind as long (like everyone alse said) you don't have any swastikas and things of that nature, you should be fine. My Grandfather fought in the war, and he still collects anitques from WWII, aside his uniform and gun, etc... So, most likly they won't be offended.

Damn it! To bad the "public" can't read these AARs. I love to go through these threads and read the various AARs. Basicly what Wild Bill said on page one! When will the "public" be able to read these AARs?

Yes, Radios will be simulated in CMBB and so will delay times, simulation the presence of radios and tanks without radios. Actually tanks will work just like inf. with command delays and will also have platoon, company, Battalion HQs. These HQs will also have bonuses just like inf. HQs. Maybe a short movie.....who knows. One thing I know for sure, MadMatt saying there will be some sort of a suprise, a big one in mid October. So a week or two and we shall see something. I am guessing more screenshots, but it sounded big. So maybe some kind of a "trailer" or something to that affect.

Those look awesome! The only thing, like others have said, to clean! If you can make it much more "banged up", I would get the buildings. I still have panzertruppen's set. Tanks, I found your building real good so far. But way to clean for my liking. Maby more burned, more plaster off and so on.

A meeting place in SF seems like the best thing. Since everyone knows how to get to San Fran. But where in San Farn. is another thing. Plus it's real far for some. But remeber it has to be a place where they allow 18 years olds. So I can show up! So any places in SF or does the bar in Foster city seem ok?

Lopaka, thanx for the suggestion. The sports bar sounds interesting. Good thing they allow 18 year olds in there. Plus Foster city aint that far from where I live. Anyone alse have any other suggestions as where to meet. If not, the sports bar will be the meeting place. We'll all have to find the directiona s how to get there. Anyway, anyone alse interested? So far we got 8 people interested. One is far away so might be seven. C'mon people I know there are more of you out there. Also lets start thinking of possible dates as when to have the meeting. I can pretty much go any date any time. Since I have nothing really important gooing, yet. And I can skip school or call sick to work. Any date is good to me!

Hi, Seems like a few people are interested. I live near Hayward (Castro Valley). Let's wait and see if more people respond. I know there are way more people here in the bay area who play CM. So c'mon you people, lets have a meeting! Anyone have any suggestions as to where to meet? I have no clue.

I followed the thread about the DC meeting and saw the picture on Combat-missions. I would really like to go to one of these "meetings" and talk to fellow CM players. Seems like fun and people here have comon interests. So I though why not a meeting for CM players here in the Bay area (california). I know there has to be quite a few CM plaers here in the Bay Area. So why not a Bay Area CM meeting of sorts, would be fun. I for one would go no matter where in the bay area it is. Altough I woulnd't be able to drink since I am not 21, but bah, don't matter. So I am just wondering if anyone would be willing for a meeting here in the Bay area. I know this place is huge and a few people would have to commute, but who doesn't commute here in the bay?
