  1. Thank you for the replies, good to hear there are a couple of dedicated sites for OPS and scenarios.
  2. Hello, It's been a long time since I've played CMBB, I finally reinstalled it and now I am looking for some user made scenarios and Ops. Since I don't even remember where user scenarios and OPS are hosted I am asking here. Can anyone recommend me some great Operations and Scenarios? Thank you.
  3. I think from the look of the screenshots such 'battle scenarios' are possibly. And I believe Blashy answered this, or was it in the FAQ? In either case, you can set different objectives with the editor, capture capital, destroye enemy units, and so on. I am not 100% sure, but I believe this is possbile, if so, you can create your Pacific Scenarios.
  4. Well you can always hop into the editor, and put together 4 cities, to make 1 big one, and you got street fighting for parts of the city.
  5. This would be an awesome scenario to make using the editor. When I read about, and saw the pictures on the editor, I was sold. One can make any map, and scenario, anything one can come up with. So this scenario would definetly be possible to make. One does not have to simulate the entire World map, but maybe in bigger scale, Europe only, ofcourse Including European Russian, up until the Urals, Scandanavia, England, Balkans, and Italy all the way to Spain. And not to forget Turkey, Iraq, and Iran who would no doubt me important as well. With sacraficing all the extra room that would be needed for the Atlantic and part of the US, this map could very well be very detialed, and would envolve a great deal of forces. I for one will most likly jump straight to the editor and start making my own scenarios, like Fall Blau, Operation Saturn, and possibly this what-if scenario. Another scenario I would like to make is a very detailed campaign focusing on the 41-45 Operation around Lenningrad and the Baltic reagions and Norther Europe.
  6. About the expeditionary forces, I am not sure I understand 100%. Are you saying, yes, you can send a German Infantry unit to Italy, and let the Italian AI control it? And ask for that unit back at a later date? Or as Germany I send 4 Infantry Corps/divisions to Finland, before the Winter War. They then use those units as they please, being controlled by the Finnish AI. Is that posssible? Thanks for answers, and the fact that you can add as many cities as one wants is awesome. I can create a true Operation Blue, or Operation Saturn Campaign. With Stalingrad being some 4 or maybe 5 hexex large, making an actual front in the city itself. This game is going to be awesome, I am getting for sure, along with CMC. Thanks for the answers Blashy!
  7. Got a question on exeditionary forces, will they be possible? What I mean is, if I am playing as Germany am I able then to send ifantry corps, fighter planes, bombers, or tank groups to Italy for example so that they can use them to fight in Africa. Can it be possible to send such units to other non allied countries as well. Say I want Finland to have a fighting chance against a possible Soviet invasion. Can I send them some 'loan' units that will fight under their flag? In the editor, when creating, or editing existing campaigns, can I add as many cities as I want, or is there a limit. Say I want to make a biger map, add rivers, and add all major, and medium size cities. Is this possible?
  8. Yes, it's a originaly a Czehc beer. The region is called Budvar. And the original beer, also called Budvar is the best I have had. Also Staro Brno is one of the best as well. good pictures, and seems like a nice trip.
  9. I haven't mastered this either. But I think I am getting better each time I try to move my infantry across open ground. What I usually do is split 2 sqauds, and send them ahead of the main group, they take fire, and get pinned. Thus the enemy reveals it's possition. You can thereafter use your artillery, tanks, MGs or support weapons to supress the enemy. And at the same time, start moving your infantry forward. They will get pinned, but they will keep moving forward as long as you keep pushing them. One Operation comes to mind, Festung Breslau. My friend made the OP and me and him decided to give it a go. Me as Ruskies... Anyway, from the start the Russian infantry has a lot of open ground to cover before reaching the town and some cover. So, I laid down a barrage of smoke and regular HE. And it was effective. It allowed my infantry to move almost unharmed over open terrain and even a bridge. Given, they did get pinned a few times and did suffer light causalties, but they made it. So, basicly, lot of support fire, smoke if you have it.
  10. wow NICE. Did you mod the factory too look like an old castle or fortress. It looks that way. Nice job man. I am playing your OP, A2, it's awesome.
  11. OMG my troops dont all look in the same direction when they fire. That's unrealistic and I want my money back. And the MGs sounds are off cause my speakers suck. I want my money back. AHHH GRRR!
