Heh it's funny you should say that. When I first played the CMBO demo I thought...wow miniatures wargaming on a PC. Especially with how the infantry was displayed - always reminded me of four figures on a base to represent a squad.

I think most of us would be hard pressed to identify any game that's been 100% perfect at time of release. For example GRAW2 PC which I've been playing has one major waypoint flaw that causes the game to drop back into the OS, and this is a product with a far greater budget than CMSF. I'd rate that more 'unfinished' as a result than CMSF. So I quite like CMSF even with it's issues. Guess that makes me a 'fan-boi' too eh? Kewl!

I'm sure Battlefront will look at the issue you're having if their past history of product support is any example. But put it into perspective, it may be a very big issue for you, so much so that you refuse to play CMSF until it's addressed, but it may not be that big an issue for others. It's certainly not that big an issue for me to stop playing CMSF.
