Magpie_Oz
WOW, how many war / horror films have their been ? Mind you if I had to be stalked by a super-natural beast I guess I would rather be in a King Tiger than anywhere else.

Sivodsi
And is it a stupid question to ask why the '88' in the title, when the tank in the picture above is plainly PIV? It can't be referring to the gun...
Wodin
Well they are going for Historical accuracy where possible..so I can't see them making this elemntary mistake...also that isn't I belive the main tank in the film...
ng cavscout
Tank in the picture may not be the main tank in the film, which is supposed to be a King Tiger. The 88 is supposedto represent the caliber of the main gun. In the interview, it is stated that there are Tiger 1's, Panzer IV's, and the King Tiger in the film.
Cull
On the "WWII and monsters" subject: As everyone knows, the two best targets for guilt-free mass slaughter in games and/or movies are Nazis and zombies. (It's actually one of the better horror/comedies I've seen) Now back to your regularly-scheduled Panzer 88 discussion.

Unless the monster cannot penetrate its armor....would that make it a...shall we say a "Sherman" monster...perhaps? Ha! I kill me!
