ChrisND
2) i noticed what looked like in one of the pictures, some infantry with there hands up... will there be taking of and/or escorting of prisoners? Yes, and they can even be rescued and return to the fight.
toxic.zen
Yes, and they can even be rescued and return to the fight. very cool! i had an experience with cmak recently when i took some infantry hostage with a half track... the half track was offed by a tank and then the infantry engaged my half track crew in hand to hand, i hope the possibility of rare but wonderful situations like this exist in CM:N and after reading i have a very good answer for the quick battle question.
Malaspina
Yes, and they can even be rescued and return to the fight. but they will be unarmed, I guess, and will need to collect rifles and ammo from buddies or HFs, correct?
RooksBailey
Yes, and they can even be rescued and return to the fight. That is awesome! I am so excited about the release of this game! CMBO was my favorite WWII wargame of all time. I can't wait to return to the ETO again with CMx2!

akd
Pretty sure they said hand-to-hand would be in for CMx2 WWII.
Lanzfeld
It would seem to me that it would be on the list of new things and that they would want to advertise it. Alas...it is not.
MikeyD
What's that move you see in all the war movie? The hero sneaks up behind a MP-40-armed German guard at night, grabs his head and twists it hard to the right and the guy falls like a sack of potatos. That's in the game... well, except its impossible to sneak up behind a German guard like that.
Michael Emrys
...well, except its impossible to sneak up behind a German guard like that. Why? Do they have an early version of side looking radar? Michael

MikeyD
Let's not forget all German soldiers are übermenchen and their steel-like neck muscles would resist the twisting. I wonder why in the movies German night security guards are most often pudgy.
