Lindan
I finished my first 2 defeats vs John Kettler and Londoner. Status ok for all other games, I don't think getting defeated in time will be a problem.

Remember, it takes 3 e-mail exchanges to complete one turn.

Hopefully most of you are in the final stretch. As always, let me know if you are having problems. Heavy Drop
Kingfish You have me listed twice in 'Retreat from Metemma' finished games. Ted was my oponent in that game. My game with Karnak is FF40 and is still in progress. HD

John Kettler
Kingfish, The battle with Kanonier Reichmann is over. You should have the game results by now from one or both of us. This leaves only about half of my fight with shock trooper to complete. Kanonier Reichmann, The results were surprising on several levels, but I wish I'd gotten to use my toys for a turn or two more. As for yours, if they're ineffective, why are so many of mine broken and shattered? Will reply in detail to your reasoned analysis later, as am under the gun presently on several real world matters. John Kettler
shock trooper, Got your turn and attempted to reply with mine in the wee hours, only to run into a cable outage which knocked out both our Internet and local channels here. Happily, the problem's fixed now, and the turn's on its way to you. Sorry for the delay. Regards, John Kettler
dangerousdave
Ok, I'm done with all five battles. Would you guys hurry up so I can read the AARs? Thanks for a great tournament guys. I'm looking forward to the next round. You get to play even if you don't formally advance, right? Not that I don't expect to advance of course .... heh heh
John Kettler
dangerousdave, My games are almost done (four down, over halfway through last one), but I have a long way to go on the AAR front. shock trooper, Check your E-mail! Regards, John Kettler
Kingfish
Dave, You are correct, anyone who played in the regular tourney is eligible to play in the finals, but only the finals winners will get to play for the wine. However, we will still add everyone's score to the total before we run it through the Nabla system.
dangerousdave
John, you know what they say about the AARs, they will be easier if you keep notes along the way. Of course, you can also just go back and reopen the files. Good luck! Kingfish, that's great. I will look forward to the finals, either way. The rest of you guys ..... go send your moves!
