Maybe there was a place of troops deployment or HQ UPD. 22:00 3 HIMARS missiles on Stakhanov (Kadiivka), Luhansk oblast. There is unknown yet wath exactly was hit. An interesting notion from this thread: Ukraine is building up expectations for the Kherson offensive, quite deliberately. I don’t think it is needed to boost morale or to please the foreign backers. Either they are very sure they can succeed and taunt RU or it is some kind of maskirovka. For sure Russia is distracted with Ukraine, but Azerbaijan conducted their major attack in 2020 well before the current events.
