Don't know if this has come up yet, but in the shot above - what is up with the strange skin condition on his hair-line at the back? Looks like lumps large enough to be casting considerable shadows.

His neck muscles are bulging with tension as he fires his weapon in the heat of combat. Happens to me all the time :-)

Did anybody else notice on screenshot no. 29 that the driver's hands for the new German tranport models are grabbing thin air and a fair way away from the steering wheel as depicted? Just looks pretty dumb, that's all.

Check out the same thing with many pics of MG gunners' hands.

Yes they're G models. It appears the 'late' and 'latest' designations are a bit arbitrary, differentiating the bolted bow plate model and the single piece bow. The PzIV G late might show up with or without the added turret skirt armor. Nobody has hull skirts. All those low stone walls and narrow roads to contend with. :)

Speaking of narrow streets, the StuG III in the CMBN loading screen looks like he's getting a parking ticket from the guy standing on it.

Unfortunately it is impractical to customize postures for each and every circumstance. That's because each posture requires a set of unique animations. Those are expensive and time consuming to work into the game. Since you guys are unlikely to want game features cut to make room for this sort of thing, we've kept our focus where it should be... on the stuff that actually matters when playing the game.

Of course the other option is for us to charge more for our games. We don't think that's a viable option either.

Fair enough about not having the time for seperate animations. Wouldn't an easier solution however be, to have the particular model transport depicted with a steering wheel that is on a longer steering column so that it pretty much reaches the hands of the driver in his usual seated position? O.K., it may not truly reflect how long the steering column was on this model but who would know that, compared with looking at a driver grabbing thin air, which is something very obvious.

Regards
