i can see the maclagan resemblance now- but he was an organist/keyboardist, not a drummer ( big small faces fan, me. their drummer was kenny jones, who replaced moon in the who.). is the girl julie driscoll? cheers, rob -

i think you're thinking that the guy on the right is kieth moon, drummer for the who. first glance i thought the same, but i'm pretty sure it's not. guessing the pic is from 67-68going by the hair and more 'psych' era type threads. it's not the small faces either..... cheers, rob -

tell them to pick up some books by the greats from the 30s and 40s- cartier bressant, kertasz , walker evans, alvarez-bravo, robert capa, etc. they knew how to use b/w and a strong graphic line to tell a story, and they were all masters at framing a shot. what i know, i learned from them. cheers, rob -

oh, jm- i forgot an important bit of insignia for glider pilots... on the left breast of dennison smock ( and on uniform blouse underneath) was worn the glider pilots wings. the senior pilot in a team wore the first pilot's wings-the junior pilot in a team wore second pilot's wings- also, no-one in glider pilot regt (at least pilots) was below the rank of seargent, with only staff sgt and above eligible for 1st pilot's wings. so, unless an oficer, all british glider pilot's smocks would have sgt or staff sgt stripes on right sleeve. hope this bit of detail is useful to you, cheers, rob

unfortunately, none of the links to download work. all the scenario depot pages cannot be found. it has ceased to be, it has gone to meet its maker. if it weren't nailed to its perch it would be pushing up daisies. this..is an ex-resource! cheers, rob
