@Mord could confirm.
Right. Such mods do exist for CMBN. The units I mention are not modded for CMFI.

Yo, Mord, my good man and fine fellow, Master for Arcana of Photoshopic Arts, and Combat Mission aficionado extraordinaire.
Besides such manly portraits of Albion's sons, have you ever considered modifying the CMFI base US infantry uniforms to include US Army Division shoulder patches? Would you consider doing so for the mere enhancement of already highest esteem to your honored self? You've already researched the units present in your wondrous Unit Portraits mod's.
As I recall, the USA WW2 MTO divisional units are:
- Fortress Italy 1943 = 1st, 3rd, 9th, 34th, 45th, and 82nd Infantry Divisions / 1st and 2nd Armored Divisions
- Gustlav Line + 36th Infantry Division
- Rome to Victory + 10th, 85th, 88th, 91st, and 92nd Infantry Divisions
Plus 1st Special Services Brigade, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Ranger Regiments, and 442nd RCT.
What say you to such a worthy request?

Check with @IanL to be certain but I think they are. Each one manages a CM game's *.ema file on the individual players local machines which in turn upload to or download from dropbox where the applications process specific turns. If I recall correctly, player chat/Instant Messaging is the only function available in CMHelper missing from WTIT .

Dropbox for CMHelper. End of life version is 1.7.5. Or go to FGM's Download CMHelper v1.7.5
There is another tool called Whose Turn Is It? as well which is in active support by @IanL.

Benvenuti in Italia, amico mio! Godetevi la vostra visita.

@slippy - Consider checking out some of the links at FGM's CM2 Scenario Design Section
Two sub-forums touching on your topics of interest are SCENARIO DESIGNER’S WORKSHOP – Orders of Battle / Tables Of Equipment & Organization and SCENARIO DESIGNER’S WORKSHOP – Making Maps. Good hunting!

Well, I suspect Combat Mission players are not anyone's average war-gamers . . . These games are an acquired taste for those interested in some kind of game-play tactical realism. Battlefront supplies its high potency designer drugs to a niche audience.
As CMx2 is probably coming to the end of its software application life-cycle, I predict the first CMx3 title will be North Afrika sometime after 2023.

Hi all,
besides early tries decades before with the 1st series of Combat Mission, im playing Normandy (singleplayer) since a while, and enjoying it.
I would like to play and learn and improve by playing versus a real opponent via Email.
But im not sure how i can find somebody
- playing normandy + addons
- having patience with a newbie
I am 40 years young, military and historical interested, but most experience on the side of air combat sims.
Any ideas how to find an opponent for me?
Regards,
Jan

As @PIATpunk already mentioned, The Few Good Men merits your serious consideration for H2H / PBEM matches. There are many other European members there. FGM members are happy to nurture new players into veteran ones. CMBN is a staple for game play both scenario's and Quick Battles. You would find yourself most welcome there.

Well, that didn't take long They just went live this morning and yes, totally legit. We've been working on this deal with them for some time now. It's something we haven't done with anybody in a long time so we're interested to see how things go.
Steve
Any chance we'll see "Drop Team"?

Playing this at the moment with my mate. It's a good little scenario and quite exciting. So far holding the paras off but I'm waiting for this bocage bug to rear it's ugly head and spoil things but so far so good. Cheers.
Actually, that's what happened to my oppo, @Doug Williams, in our own H2H playtest. As my airborne units maneuvered to place heavy suppression fires upon located German defenders, all of his suppressed or panicked units evaded out of cover towards the Americans where they were cut down even further in multiple cross-fires. The German player surrendered after 30 minutes into the match because "evading towards the enemy" made the game unplayable for him. I intend to provide the designer an AAR before the end of June. It's a shame that a very well conceived situation suffers unduly from this new patch's questionable behavior.

Not to worry! We'll have a new round of patches out very soon. There's a two player QB bug that crept in and a few other things we want to fix. Uniform fixes will come along for the ride. How soon? We're in the process of getting the first round of candidates to testers.
The LW uniform stuff was a side effect of our work on Rome to Victory. For the CMFI v2.01 patch we had to hack out all the R2V specific stuff and that was rather tricky. It looks like I was a little over enthusiastic when cutting things With 4 games to test at one time the number of permutations by Family, Release, Year, Date, Weather, Nation, Force Type, etc. is astronomical. On top of that, you have the reality that ANYTHING could be wrong. Just opening something with a specific configuration isn't adequate for uniform details, for example. You have to get right down in there to see something like the LW tank crews not wearing tanker uniforms. It was inevitable that something would be missed.
Steve
Question: Is the new "evade towards the enemy" behavior a bug that will be addressed by these patches coming soon too? Or has this been addressed in a different thread? Thank you.

@Holdit FYI - @Doug Williams and I are testing this H2H. We're ten minutes into it after a week of play. Interesting game of cat and mouse so far. Good ASL map adaptation.

While I can't speak to the Asus PQ321Q, for what it's worth, I purchased the ASUS VS278Q-P 27" Full HD 1920x1080 1ms DisplayPort HDMI VGA Monitor four years ago. I use it several hours every day. It still works as well as advertised and I am very happy with it.

Do you want to take over lead?
No. I lack your extensive scenario design experience and cannot provide effective leadership.
I am willing to continue helping with maps even though it's been almost two years since doing Luneville.

@Ithikial_AU - Yep, I've been wondering when we can get back to this. You know where to find me when you do . . .

It's all about "branding" and marketing . . .
