With Dropbox you open the folder and delete files just like any other windows files. Dropbox backs them up for 30 days so that if someone accidently deletes something you can restore it. Right click the systray icon and select open dropbox folder.

USMC Raiders used it after US advisors learned it from the Chinese. The Marines adopted it later in the war. IFAIK the Army didn't until after WWII.

Maybe the no DRM update removed the registry entry?
