  1. I cant wait to get my hands on this one, looking very much forward to this campaign Ithikial.
  2. How would you move a tank on a railroad-track or across a road? not fast but slow and carefully just as in real life, even on open ground I use slow command for vehicles with poor off-road abilities, when we talk of muddy or damp ground conditions, thats my experience anyway.
  3. From playing the game I believe that moving slow is the best way to move in muddy conditions, did I forget to say that ? the ground is muddy in several missions.
  4. I will not say much about the campaign so not to spoil anything but it has been a lot of fun to create. I would like to mention one core vehicle that I found very challenging during play-testing: the JPz IV./70(A) the only realy good thing about is its main gun, the same as on the Panther but its armored protection is poor and its off-road abilitys is terrible, I recommend only to use it on paved roads and if you go off-road use the slow command.

  8. Lead the powerful Panzer-füsilier-batallion from Führer-begleit-brigade (FBB) during the Ardennes offensive. German Campaign with 7 missions. Your Panzer-füsilier-batallion has 6 companys: 3 infantry, 1 heavy, 1 Anti-Air and 1 Pioneer company. To support them you have 2 Panzercompanys from FBBs Panzer Regiment with 17 x Pz. IV. and 11 x JPz IV./70(A).

  10. I think it is, I removed the BMP-2M mod and the BMP-2M looks normal in the editor now, in a campaign mission the UKR. hull still appears even though the mod is gone.
  11. Patch v1.04 is not in absolutely mint condition: tanks can move into buildings (when they act on their own anyway, like reversing when getting a laserwarning). Russian BMP-2M has UKR. hull (texture with the white line painted across the hull). You can purchase AT-14 from the BMP-2M.

  13. Thanks Combatintman, that was exactly was was wrong: Norton had put the modules in quarantine, managed to restore them and they are active again, thanks again.
  14. Just opened Norton/settings/anti-virus/scan&riscs/leave elements from scan and leave elements from registration but no help there.
  15. Yes it could be, George MC its something I'm looking into right now. This is why I bought a second computer without anti-virus where all my CM games are (not this computer).
  16. Loaded up CMSF again and found out all my modules was greyed out and only CMSF (1.32 ) was available. I have owned all modules since they came out even preordered them, this is weird.
  17. My bet is: we will see a marines/airborne module first then a British/German/Polish module (in CMBS).

I'm working on a campaign at the moment and I have an idea for reinforcements: its called "pendulum of battle", in the campaign there will be one or more reinforcements that will not be mentioned in the mission briefing but will suddenly appear on the map, it can be a tank or a howitzer battery or whatever, what do you guys think of that idea.
  21. I think you are right, but don't trust scenario/campaign designers 100 % you might get some resupply, who knows.

  23. It depends on if the on/off map arty/mortars are core-units or not, if they are core units they follow the resupply %, if not you only see them for one mission.
  24. This sounds great BF, now scenario/campaign designers can realy "harass" those who only play against the AI...like me
  25. Some ideas for mission 7 + 8: SPOILER ! Mission 7: Please add setup zones as the tigers can see infantry and vehicles at the first turn, and I want to select ammo from vehicles before start. Mission 8: To many germans, you have to cut their force in half, its Battalion against Battalion on a small map its to much german firepower. It takes to long to call in 25 pdrs. so add FO-team and more 25 pdrs.
