1.20 patch, another week from now?

The whole thing may seem confusing at first, but as soon as you understand patching procedure its all a lot simpler than it seems. Ctrl-C takes like 2 minutes, and your good to go. -
Kinda unrelated, but possibly a bug. When you call a cease fire in a QB game you are unable to view the occupants of enemy vehicles.

In-game difference between M4 and M16?

It would be nice if there was even a slight bonus in target acquisition with the M4. It currently seems that the Army, and possibly the Syrians got shafted with their weapon capabilities. Trading away long range fire power for short range speed that doesn't get modeled. -
First impressions about British gameplay

I've actually found, that the Brits lack of firepower has me taking more risks than I would with the Americans. Also, has anyone else found themselves wishing they had some Strykers? -
I don't mind the small squad size, but I really do miss being able to hose down every building in sight.

I am very impressed by their marksmanship. They've been dropping targets, reliably, at 500 meters!

I recently learned that the Brit scenario is in the game. And the U.S. scenario is called passage to Wilcox, also in the main game.

I was going to post a picture, but my connection is having trouble right now. I am currently playing The Mouse Trap, and my men, when moving onto the roof of a building, walk through the walls, on occasion. They also end up moving into adjacent rooms rather than moving onto the rooftop as ordered. This is happening around the central 3 story building in the compound. I will try to post a picture later tonight, or tomorrow. Additionally, can only light infantry guys drive the LMTV? I tried to get a British squad to crew it, and they would only get in as passengers.

Hard copy of Brits - Similar to Marines?

Right now the 7.62 ammo is used for AK-47 family of weapons. Along with a few LMG's such as the RPK. While 5.45 is used for the AK-74 family.

I like to think my experience with the Syrians will help me. When I am playing early war Russians, or late war Germans. Once we get to the Ostfront of course.

I would think keeping a standard name across all armies would be easier for the player to understand. Especially if they are not a very gun/ammo savvy person. On a side note, does anyone know of a scenario that mixes forces. Such as Army and Marines vs. Syrians?

Actually, I just tested it, and the MG did not fire after refilling on 7.62 ammo. I have some pictures, but I am having trouble uploading. Anyway, if you attempt to have the MMG fire it will not. Even after refilling with 7.62 ammo.

I just know when I get ammo for the Marines MMG the tab to the right of the mg picture will say like 500. Whereas it remains empty for the Syrian MMG.

PAD, don't be afraid to use your artillery to clear trouble spots, or suspected trouble spots. The only real fighting I had too do was around the Police Compound.

I beat the second Marines mission with 30 minutes to spare. You just have to take the amount of time you have into consideration. I totally skipped clearing the city, and went up the left hooking right to clear the objectives. Also liberal use of Artillery helps.

MikeyD, I would have to agree with you. But I get more of feeling that they haven't played H2H at all. Playing Red vs. Red this could be true. Although just about any battle between various middle eastern nations would result in it. However, Blue vs. Blue is far from it. We currently have two very different Blue forces. The Army, and Marines - Although there heavy equipment is close (M1A1, and M1A2) most of their stuff is unique - and, when ever BFC gets around to releasing them, we can play with the Brits too. Then when the NATO module roles out we will get 3 additional armies to use the Dutch, Germans, and Canadians. Additionally, I personally have no problems with units using the same textures, but that just personal preference. Which is really what this thread is about.

Is there a reason it is not updating the MG ammo tab? Although the squad shows that it has 7.62 ammo the MG still says it has no ammo.
