I set Quick battle: Russian Army Assault vs Ukrainian Army - medium - 1 hour 15 minutes on Khalmi Rough 085r map where BLUE side as defender has large setup zone, red attacker smal one, real time elite first then scenario author test... But always i get only UA army, never Russian and 5800 points only... Should be more or? Something is wrong? HOW to get Russian Attack army? Yesterday on PBEM i normaly finished turn and the file send to my opponent was corrupted, it was possible to load it, but after password it goes to menu?
  3. @panzersaurkrautwerfer pretty much covered that from a why is it that way and @LukeFF pretty much covered the how you can get your answers. I'll only add that crew training level does make a difference and that I think the setup times will not be identical every time - there is some randomness in there. I have not formally tested that though it is just my impression. Let us know your findings Where to find it? Trying to find it, but search engine hates me... The most important question is how to stop redeploying... 17 turns of redeploying for AT-14 is not normal... I am suprised about recommendation to place tank under the lowest level... I expected with all this supertechnical battle networks like Constelation2 that higher is still better... Who has expereince with arty observation vehicles? Thanx a lot.
  4. Hello all, i have some question for better players then me. * what is exact deploy time for AT-14 ATGM in the buildings? Is it influenced by experience of the soldiers, more conscripts, less elite? Can be this information included into info bar, now is deploy time 50 sec, in the future maybe something like 50/1.5 to have this sort of information? Why are they always redeploying??? How to do it so they stay deployed and finaly shoot the missile??? * what is exact deploy time for AT-13 ATGM in the buildings? How to use them? let arty observer and air controler in or close or your way of using it? Who give orders then vehicle or observer or air controler? * has AGS-17/30 minimum range safe for crew? They refuse to shoot in close enemy... * how much points do i get for assault and probe quick game? i alwyas habe 8500 points... can i change them? * if i add tanks to the BN Tac BTR Group where to put them to get most quickest info distribution?   6. So AMD Catalyst 14.4 WHQL is the last driver without green shaders? Nothing higher? There is non omega 14.9 WHQL, but now i am afraid to try it, last recover took me 2 hours

Hello CMBS players, i just installed new drivers for my graphic card - AMD catalyst 14.12 AMD Catalyst Omega Software... and all my shaders are green? i have green russian units, green fences, green trenches... green world i played little bit with settings and now it is like: Antialiasing - override, 4x samples, box filter, multisampling, morphological filtering on Texture filtering - override, level 2x, high quality, surface format on frame rate - off unless app specified, OpenGl buffereing on rest AMD optimized i have no idea what to change... If shaders of, all looks fine, but then i will have no decals i think... am i correct? Cannot go back to old driver, it was quite old one and deleted already.... i have AMD Radeon HD 5800 series... Thanx for any help people...
  8. So T72B3 and Oplot when commander unbuttoned cannot use roof mounted machine gun. All other eastern tanks when commander unbuttoned will use machine gun remotely from inside, so the tanker goes inside during firing. Dont know US tanks...
  9. In CMSF direction of MG was same like now. When the commander was unbuttoned, machine gun started to traverse and after a while he was able to shoot with mg. So it was coded once and still is in T-64... looks like its somehow forgotten in T-72B3...
  10. Back in Syria CMSF times my Red tanks commanders when unbutonned were able to use top roof-mounted 12.7-mm machine gun. Now they just sit there and smile like real Hollywood actors. On www.military-today.com is writtten that the 12.7-mm MG is controlled manually by the vehicle commander. But in the game i have never seen to be used. How is it modelled? Can it fire on helicopters?

Surveillance equipment includes the 1PN71 thermal sight, 1PN61 night vision sight, and a mast-mounted 1RL-33-1 ground surveillance radar. The vehicle is also fitted with navigation systems and communications systems for radio and data links. Question: how to use it? Because of radar it has better spotting for long range? Your opinion? I send 2 tanks and behind them i placed BRM-3K, not sure if it was good idea...
  12. Its not funny anymore... I tried 4 times allready and always after few downloaded GB download crashes and meesage comes liek unknown network error... Is there somewhere another source where can i download it? And the amazing speed of 100kb/s gives me 10 hours for download... WTF?

  18. Sorry to disturb, but where to put scenarios from repository? I have only DATA, MISC and MOD TOOLS folder, i created SCENARIOS folder like in other combat mission games, but scenarios there wont show up in the game... Something i did wrong? Thx for help
  19. Can you finaly correct cowboy behavior of single running man with pistol shooting like Rambo and killing all cowering soldiers around??? Man in forest with rifle is not able to hit a man with pistol??? And he is able to kill him in 50 meters? Sorry, these thinks can make supervolcano from me...

  22. Played Barkmanns Corner and my Panther was able to destroy several Shermans rolling down the main street. Thats ok. Problem is, that panther stopped first Sherman and next one, right behind him was destryed seconds later. BUT the round went through first Sherman like through Swiss cheese! Destroyed tank should be static obstacle not Swiss cheese! Is this correct? Have you observed it too?
