  1. I have following question... In my scenario the FO is reinforcement together with mortar. When he appears he move to spot location and has to direct fire... But i am waiting and waiting and nothing happen all the time. The mission is 30 minutes long, he comes at 5th minute and has to move very short distance. I checked the position and he can see my building in prone or in lie down position. I am defending myself in these buildings against AI probe, AI advance is slow but with often shooting exchange to show my position, timing is to fully attack by the end to leave place for AI FO to call strike... But nothing happens. Why? Did i something wrong? Or i have really to make 2 hours battles? Somewhere i read that strikes are coming mostly in second half of scenario... Or is the problem that FO is reinforcement?
  2. I agree with Paper Tiger, we identify the enemy rally quickly. We need more fog in this...
  3. And also the possibility to save open/close status for vehicle commanders in setup phase... I want to see AI commanders in open position
  4. I vote for scripting too. Its far better. We just need more tools to handle our plans. I usually use some vehicles with some units together, it is working fine, and I like how they cooperate. Now in editor we are painting the zone with yellow color where the group has to move - works fine, but for better result some precision in it will be needed. We have two houses, every on other side of the road. We paint the houses and the road between – units enter mostly the houses and vehicle stays on the road, but sometimes also some units stays on the road... Could it be possible to have for example possibility to paint with dark yellow place where only vehicles can go and with brown places where only infantry can go? Usual yellow will mean both can go there. It will help for exact placing of vehicles without unit especially now, when there is this secondary explosion effect, which can ruin quite lot of nearby soldiers....

Yesterday enemy FO appeared on some good position, so i smashed him - simple because i this status i can almost read his name If it will be some general unknown infantry something i will conserve the ammo Bring us back the fog of war! I am tired to know immediately even the production year of T-55
  6. Nice to hear that propaganda is sometimes bigger than the reality I remember be aware of TOW propaganda and now i hear, that it was working like this... Lucky boys

Can you bring us back some level of fog of war again?
  8. What are you talking about? To unload an infantry from Blackhawk was also possible without scripting by creating 2 plans for helo and for squad. Same you can do now if you just want to use your IFV like taxi only. In CMSF you can use reinforcement with variable time entry, but we cannot regulate the amount of forces. Maybe later...

  10. Not all! I think ATGM-7 is self deploying, I always check DEPLOY WEAPON button to know what to do.
  11. Better??? The time difference between buddy aid and ammo collecting is very close and soldiers don't pick up weapons... So what is better here?
  12. I think that some HQ units with radio have to have the possibilty to call arty but maybe with some limitation, but definitely YES! Its more realistic.

  15. It means to have older soviet models unbuttoned and newer ones like T-90 and T-72 TURMS to have buttoned?

  19. But in manual was mentioned, that if special weapons will be used by non-specialist they will receive some penalty, not that they cannot use it at all... Am I wrong on this?
  20. I hear first time about damaged small weapons (sniper rifle, RPG); maybe someone from BF can say something about it?
