So your ok with engaging enemy armor behind your tank with your AA gun? That does not make sense either. They don't rotate when you give them an "Armor Arc".

    Your comment makes no sense.

I'm simply pointing out that the tanks in your demonstration that do not rotate their turrets can cover the arcs you have deployed without needing to turn their turrets as they have AA MGs.

Conversely the tanks that do turn their turrets would be unable to cover the arcs you have deployed without turning their turrets as they do not have AA MGs.

You are missing something, as @Pelican Pal attempted to point out.....The tanks that don't turn their turrets all have AA MGs and are opened up, thus they could engage targets within that arc without turning their turrets.

What happens if you give them 2km Target Armour Arcs?

I wounder how the farmers felt about the layout of those fields ? It doesn't really look the most effective use of that peace of relastate 😉..

@George MC linked to an article that discusses it in some detail:

Thanks for the kind words - much appreciated. No pressure though! ;)

    So a farming/field rabbit hole....

Thanks to my CM field creation activity in the editor, I was intrigued re the shapes of the field systems I was seeing on the aerial images. Minded me a wee bit of runrig field and croft field systems used in Scotland (you can still see geophys echoes of the former in the Highlands).

Long story short - yup similar history and development and resultant outcomes for the population.

      It's a surprisingly interesting read.  B)

I wrote a serious piece on my site in which I presented multiple credible evidences from both sides that a prototype German nuke was used at Kursk. Those sources include Academicians of the prestigious Russian Academy of Science and its Soviet predecessor, progeny of Operation Paperclip scientists, evidence from period documents, diplomatic cables and diaries, to include those of Operation Paperclip scientists. It's all there in my post or incorporated by reference. As it happens, the Germans had no suitable aerial delivery means, so it was sent over in a truck or maybe a halftrack

Because your track record very much suggests the precise opposite.
