Anyway, 'OFF-TOPIC' as i usually am!. I want to see a similar effort [Wishful Thinking] for an 'Arab-Israeli' war conflict-situation as well as an additional MOD [bonus-Game] for a 'Red-Cresent'=IE: 'Bloody-Conquest'...hypothetical game, where-in-which Mr.'Mahmoud Ahmadjinedad' makes an effort to create a new Extremest Islamist Empire in the Middle-East!.

I 'NEVER' use the soft-build-limit!, i don't believe in it!.

I believe that if 'Nagasaki & Hiroshima' were not bombed,...and that the capability to do so was not there,...that the Russian's would then have attacked the western-allies in Europe, sometime after the fall of Berlin!. In summary, i believe that General PATTON was correct in his assumption's & evaluation of the Russian's!.

Hubert!... what you just posted, is what for me...generates the 'Greatest-Excitement & Interest' in playing these games!. UNKNOWN result's from ALTERNATE-STRATEGIES!. I guess it's a part of what even makes GAMBLER'S get so hooked to their gambling!.

Great Stuff!!!,...to see such imagination & daring take hold in this new 'Patton_Drives_East' effort!. We 'NEED' much-more of this kind of thing!.

It was what actually happened![Destroy/Repair or resort to alternate fixes ~> 'Pontoon-Bridging efforts'],...that situation was an ever-present-reality that could not be ignored!. However in a game of this magnitude[Operational], Bridges being available/unavailable may or may not necessarily be enough to make any real difference.

I've been too-busy with 'Pre-Commissioning & Start-Up' at a new 'Tar-Sands-Plant' to keep up with all the latest happening's!. After reading this Posted Topic and a few other's, i see nothing but further development and long-life for this game!. I agree with most of the comment's given by the great host of contributer's and as well...greatly look forward to experiencing the new "Patton Drives East" expansion!.

This continual 'Game Improvement Process' is utterly 'Mind-Bending!'. Do keep up this 'Magnificient Effort!', and thank's to all of the participating tester's!. It would be great to achieve... a 'Creme De La' Creme' game, to put other's to shame!, and to raise Game Development Standard's for such work's.

Unfortunately 'Stragic Command'!,... the answer is 'No!, Nien!, Nyeit!, Non!, Nicht!'. The Russian's get their 'Siberian Transfer', the European Allies get every allied nation, from all-over-the-world, including those from 'the Pacific' to contribute forces to the war in North Afrika!, BUT!!!, "ROMMEL" & the 'Afrika Korps', have NO-DEBUT'!...no appearance!...no forces!. Even the Italian's are extremely-weak and underpowered!. 'Vas is Loss Mein Herr???'.

For me the game would start to begin with the opening credits!,...then "Die!!!",...without apparant explanation!. I Then downloaded the latest 'DirectX', installed it, and till now have no further problems!.

Great Thinking!!!... "SeaMonkey!!!",... i also readilly 'ConCur' with your idea's too!!!,...to [ expand the historical operational theaters while doing away with the parts of the map that are essentially useless .]
