  1. Would be cool... Gurka's with swords shouting and running towards the Krautz.... making them run off with **** in their pants Are we getting Gurka's in CMAK ?
  2. If Monwar isn't a chick, I guess this topic will not reveal the real lady's on this forum... So... I won't behave like a real gentleman. (Sorry Theike) <center> <marquee> { do you like my CM-DD ? ( o )( o ) . (*) </marquee> </center> (My opinion is... that this topic should have been moved to the general forum a long time ago...) Ps. And yes... I've been single too long now
  3. Actually, 7. Flieger would be the only Germans. It was to be an Italian operation </font>
  4. Let me guess... ....you're born in 1982... and you're a girl ??? ------ ps. If so... do you care for a hotseat battle with me  [ September 29, 2003, 12:45 PM: Message edited by: eichenbaum ]
  5. A what if scenario : The invasion of Malta by the Germans. A campaign with FallschirmJäger and Italian Naval.
  6. Developing a perfect working campaign-system does take some time. Can't effort to leave some bugs here... I can imagine the faces if something goes wrong (-> ). I'm also worried about the webspace and datatransfer with my current host for eichenbaum.org It looks like it's gonna be a installation package of ca. 25MB We have to find a 'low-cost' solution before the release comes out.
  7. Cabron66 is a guy ! <hr> Don't know why you're so anxious to meet women here anyway. It's gives me the idea of a she-male with a 70's porn mustage who likes to to say he's a horny girl to give you an hard-on... Wooow, a beautiful girl who likes to play wargames... don't think so. That's an utopia !
  8. I think that CMMODS could influence the server's performens. You're talking about Bitmaps and Wave files here. Don't even know if 500 MB is enough for hosting all of the files. And the 99 dollars you're talking about has an * ... : * = Setup fee of $50 may apply Sorry I'm a bit sceptic about this service. It sounds very good, much better then the service I have with my own host.
  9. It's depending in what area you're in. A2 in that case is sited beneath the Charnaja river. The resupply line runs all the way round Sevastopol through some mountainous area. Too much ammunition supply won't be that realistic. <HR> Gee, you're anxious... I'm 70% done with them. But I'll upload the mods to CMMODS only after the release of the new Operation. I don't have a release date yet, so I think you'll have to have a little patience. It's not only some mods I'm working on, I also need to develop applications, scenario's, installation programs, etc...
  10. Translation of the note (Dutch) : IN THE BRIGHT LIGHT OF THE DESERT The crew of a German Torpedo Airplane enjoys quietly... ...breeze of air moves the rare bushes, the hot air... ...the unbearable heat does the metal of this giant bird...
  11. Played a huge operation once with PBEM. On a certain point in the battle we both made an agreement of a kind of cease fire. We draw a line on the battlefield and made some promises not to cross it with any unit. All our units we had to give a very short cover arc so none of them would shoot at the enemy if they popped up in their sight. This kind of cease fire was necessary because we both knew that it would be a 2 minute slaughter ending the game and ending all the work we've put into this operation (2 months). This method turned out to be perfect but we both were a bit disappointed that CM did not had such function build in. Now we could pick up the fight again in the next battle with new equipment and fresh men. Such events can only take place in large operations. It extends the game for some players (like my self). I know that the opinions are very divided. One part likes to play short battles where instant action is a must but others like to play CM on a bit more larger scale (almost on operative scale). CM should have every possibility for the scenario designer, 8 minutes of fighting or 2 hours of crawling in trenches or buildings. The player will always decide for him self which kind of game he prefers. Increasing the turn limit is a very good start. It won't effect the short battles at all. That's the choice of the designer. 12. Often I whish I could have more time to spend work on this project. All those late hours after my full-time job seems not enough to get this job done as fast as I would like it to be... Our team is still made up of a hand full of men : - Jeagermeister ; Scenario testing and and practical AAR's - Von Nev ; Scenario testing and very detailed AAR's - Cabron66 ; Mission briefings and translations (Just joined our team) - Oh, yes... and me... some other stuff. Hereby I would like to thank Jeagermeister, Von Nev and Cabron66 for their time and effort they have put in this project, now and in the future! Great job !!! If somebody thinks he's suitable to join our team, don't hesitate to send me an e-mail. I'm all ear... or eyes for that matter Nils
  13. Stone wall mod. After it was done I noticed that the texture almost looks exactly like the CMBB version. We could have used the exact same image to create this wall. Now it's high-res because a lot of fighting will take place near walls. Sevastopol and it's surroundings is one big stone fort. Too bad these walls can't get any higher then this. But... I have found an solution for this... [ September 25, 2003, 06:58 PM: Message edited by: eichenbaum ]
  14. I'm looking for the US version of this registerkey for some time, does anybody have the path for me ?
  15. With the Operation Storfang interface there will be a strategical (3d) map supplied to manage you own operation.
  16. Jeh jeh Jaeger... you're right. Ok, here's the strategic map again. The green line is your starting point, and you'll have to reach the orange in just one month. The height of the map is about 40km. We're not going to build the whole map, that's impossible in such a short time but only strategic important segments. Ca. 50 maps will make an Operation playable. The map size will vary in 2x2, 2x3, 3x2 and 3x3 km.
  17. Theike, your work is amazing to. Saw you Russian Map Pack a while ago... excellent work !!! edit... ps.: and the other 1   's maps to! [ September 22, 2003, 11:26 AM: Message edited by: eichenbaum ]
  18. Thanks for your positive reactions. I didn't expect it really... I'll post those bitmaps on CMMODS after the new Operation Storfang is released. The new interface that comes with the operation has a build in texture manager to control the bitmaps. These new textures will be first used in the maps of Sevastopol and surroundings. Those maps will be 1 on 1... We can now create maps that are very accurate. Everything from building blocks to forests, Mountains and Heights, Bunkers to Forts will be placed with an accuracy of ca. 50 meters and will be as it was in 1942.
  19. OOhh my god.... you're kidding right ???? Yes, I'm from Venlo..... how... how..... Dat we in de zelfde stad wonen is wel heel erg toevallig. Leuk zeg.
