  1. Hey BTS, What's the polygon count on the gun barrels? Is it still the hexigonal six, or are the barrels more "rounded" now?
  2. Nice. Can't wait for the modders to start draping Nazi flags across the rear decks of those grey beauties. [ May 29, 2002, 01:59 PM: Message edited by: Vader's Jester ]
  3. Yeah! Send those rat bastards a case of booze! Just make sure to tell them not to get schtookered until after they finish CMBB! And I'm game for Slapdragon's idea. I'd kick a few bucks in. [ May 29, 2002, 01:41 AM: Message edited by: Vader's Jester ]
  4. Agreed, but remember: war can come to anyone at any time. If it were possable, just ask many of those Volkstrum units that were made of kids and old men, and the passengers on those flights on September 11th. [ May 27, 2002, 02:02 AM: Message edited by: Vader's Jester ]
  5. Good bit of reasoning there sir. I am agnostic (belive in the possability of a creator, but subscribe to no specific faith) and what you say is very true. It is the god-fearing, moral following, compassionate people that make societies worth keeping; while those that do not follow a specific set of moral rules based on their religion and/or personal values are the ones that keep said societies safe from the threats that the world presents them.
  6. "Pearl Harbour does not justify Hiroshima?" I disagree here. Hiroshima was not cruel punishment for Pearl Harbor. It was to end the war as qucikly as possable through terror so as to reduce the horrific attrition the US (and Japinese civilian population) would have suffered durring an attack on Japan's home islands.
  7. Whoa! This place is flame central! I was gonna comment on some of the disgusting crap on that site, but I want to live past 29! *Backs out of room quietly and sheepishly* Hi Mom! [ May 24, 2002, 05:04 PM: Message edited by: Vader's Jester ]
  8. Ah, my old rival Lord Dragon. Treeburst, put us in the same group of 24 so we might be able to pummel each other in the tourney setting once again.
  9. Thanks Kingfish. Cool site. You are correct; the US 5th army drove through the German 14th army while moving up the South-east coast. Thanks again!
  10. Ya'll just aint helpen me much. Guess I'll have to research just a little bit more than looking at that map. Thanks anyways amigos.
  11. Was this a Brittish or American army? I am designing a fictional scenario on the south-east cost of Italy in June/July of '44, and the maps I have show the 14th army driving up the coast at that time.
  12. By strict definition - did they do stuff like this in real life - the answer is yes, this is gamey, since man-packed flamethrowers were not generally employed in batteries.</font>
  13. I like the redesign guys. Good job. I see you guys are getting ready for CMBB as well. Cool. Remeber Ted, when it releases, you owe me a rematch for that slaughter you handed to me durring the Newbie Tournaments. [ May 13, 2002, 03:06 PM: Message edited by: Vader's Jester ]
  14. I agree. I hope we can also place AFV hulks on the field in the scenario designer as well; to simulate an area that has already been fought over at least once before. I always disliked how CMBO's battlefields looked almost new when you start a new scenario.
  15. Cool Matt! Hoopenfaust, Remember that EVERYTHING is going to be modded at some point. So if BTS misses something (like snow on this or that), it WILL get modded.
  16. There's much much more to the CM world than freak'n QBs!!! [ May 12, 2002, 07:41 PM: Message edited by: Vader's Jester ]
