Arg.... about at wits end... Vet paratroopers in the woods... waiting with cover arcs on.... they see nothing... then BOOM, one of the two teams are dead (The moving through the woods tank sees 2 guys with a zook in the woods in the prone position before they see him!!!!) Not possible.... ridiculous. Not seeing a TANK at 25 yards and they see you? Then the other teams sees the tank at last and fires... guess what they miss, or sorry hit a tree , yea that 25 yard shot must of been hard... Then the tank rotates over and BOOM one shot they are both dead. Tanks are broken in this game.... Tank vrs tank or tank verses inf, it don't matter... They should re-release the game with all the tanks stripped out of the programming... be a better game. This game is a pitiful at times... Between all the bugs (map switching, not saving pbem files) and stupid spotting and firing behavior of troops I am about done with it.... Not to mention the amazing accuracy of tank gunners (has anyone ever even seen a tank miss when firing at another tank?) I was so pumped about this game but now so utterly disappointed. I think I may be going back to CMAK... Just because it has better graphics doesn't mean it is a better game...

I can only play ME because the map side switch happens all the time.... We are both running PC and both have the update.... This game is so damn buggy.... Did they rush it out?

Must be nice... I have resorted to ALWAYS saving the file before hitting done. Then if it crashes I only have to reload the save file.

If after taking 10 min to load a game file and plot all my moves then to see it decided not to save the file!!!!! I just did this three times in a row with a file and I refuse to do it again. BF fix this!!!! I have been a supporter of the CM family since the 2000 and this is the most upset/disappointed I have been. PC XP Pro 64 bit

I have read accounts of tank commanders jumping tanks (with his gunner) many times and it is not at all gamey. I am sick of BFC groupies throwing up "BFC's estimation". Who cares what some programmer read on wikpedia? Who decided to put this in the "gamey column"? LOL.... On a personal note: As a former tanker, it is a given that if the plt ldr's (or plt sgt) tank throws a track of loses a transmission before or DURING battle that the low man will be giving up his tank if it is at all tactically possible.

"Crews cant interchange with different tanks" Another shortcoming of this game and another historical mistake. This happened a lot in war. I have read accounts were crews would take over other tanks multiple time in one battle.

I am running the the newest version on an XP PC. When ever I watch a PBEM movie and then take my turn it will not save all my moves about 25% of the time. Can you imagine how annoying it is when you go to attach the file and it is missing? Especially when it is a big move file that I spent a lot of time planning. Has this happened to anyone else? I have noticed that when I click on the save file (this is when the name of the pbem file is up) it will normally pause a few seconds while it is saving before it goes back to the start screen but sometimes when I click on the save button it instantly goes back to the start screen. This is when it doesn't save the file.

OK, I was a real life FO in the army... ya ya ya, this is a game and not real life.... I know. If I have an FO team call for fire, then get killed, there is no reason that another FO should be denied the artty or air-support that the dead FO called for for the entire battle. In real life the FDC would cancel the mission after the spotting round was not corrected or used for an FFE. The assets would then be available again for anyone who called for them. This is a BUG.

Not a MAC opponent. It is my PC playing brother across town. This is breaking my heart.... My Sherman was able to sneak behind lines and take a Panther with a rear shot... now he just sits there.. unable to get back on the objective?

This is not jut a MAC issue... in my current PBEM QB my tank refuses to do anything... very annoying.... version 1.1 bug?
