So how does Men of War compare to the new Theater of War 2? hey look similar. I heard MoW does not have a slirmish mode for single player battles. Does TOW? TOW looks more polished, but I am not crazy about Afrika only battles. Wanted to get some opinions before I download a demo or two.

The creatures respawn, but not the items. I go back every few days to pickup a quick 50 XP for killing one certain Super Mutant at his tent. Since I am such a Goody-Two-Shoes, someone has put a 1,000 Cap bounty on me. Sometimes when exiting the Metro, there are 2 or 3 Mercs looking to take me out. Good XP points for them as well.

Having a BLAST with this game. As everyone has said it has very much the same mechanics as Oblivion. The desolate landscape is incredible. Combat is more fun and the payout of the Critical, slow-mo hits are great! I just wish I had screenshot capability on the XBOX. Anyone else think Moira Brown's accent is just like Sarah Palin? Level 6 Do Gooder at the moment. I plan to play thru again as a bad guy and see how things change.

I am 6 Episodes in and am liking this show. I'll watch Episode 7 tonite. Does Person remind anyone else of Randall from Clerks? His nasally verbose rantings are classic Randall. Some of the characters are a bit overblown I think, but it's entertaining. Glad I missed out on all that Sandbox fun. I have a friend over there now on his 2nd tour. When I was in(Army, not Marines), bitching and complaining was our secondary MOS. I still think Band of Brothers was better.

I have not seen this movie yet, but was wondering why no one had stated the obvious that it is basically a 'Three Amigos' remake. Am I off on this or what? 3 actors are placed into a live situation that they somehow think is a movie shoot? Just a different time and place. Another version will appear with 3 other guys (or girls) in another 20 years I suppose. All the racist and handicap protesting has me interested as well, but that's what THEY want. Playing Civilization Revolution on the 360 has made me want to revisit that great game on the PC. After a quick search I see all kinds of Civ games and modules are out now. Anyone have an opinion as to which is best? What are the differences between Civ III and Civ IV? All I know is that CivRev is a stripped down version for kiddies it seems. I was hoping for gameplay like I enjoyed with Civ 15 years ago, but all the options are gone in the console version. No global map, difficult scrolling, set opponents, etc. It's just tedious. Anyway, what does the forum have to say?

Google's gmail is free and handles HUGE files. Maybe that would help you out CAPT TOLERAN? Been playing Civilization Revolution on the 360. Not near as good as playing on the PC. As for CM? Will get back to it when the WW2 module arrives.

Yeah, I downloaded the 1.2GB World in Conflict demo last night. It is pretty, but not my cup o' tea either. Just if we could somehow blend the graphics and pathing in Company of Heroes with CMSF.

Between football season and falling off the wagon(hic), CMSF is just too much work! Company of Heroes is still fun. Should I try the World in Conflict demo? I'll give CMSF another go in a month or so.

MOAB would be awesome. Give it to the US forces. The Syrians would have the new DOAB. Then we could test the M.A.D. scenario. Wonder what the framerate would be for every texture exploding at once on a 1KM square map?

I concur. If it doesn't show up for whatever reason that would indicate to me that something wasn't right. I just couldn't pass up my chance for that classic line. Also, there are command line fixes to remove intro movies, etc from almost all games. Why would CMSF be any different?
