In Tacops we have logistic packs. these can be loaded on trucks and choppers and can be setup anywhere on the battlefield. Troops can go back to resupply or the supplies will be brought forward. It should not be that hard to implement in the game I guess. Specially for long big turn battles it can be very handy.

you might need ammo supplies to every now and than with such a large battle..... hmm good idea,can we have ammotrucks to resupply our troops???

hmmm,I did not trust CDV stuff anyway. so I acted very smart and asked which of my fellow dutch friends would like to have a US version. 9 replied and I ordered 10 copies with the help of a friend in the US.... no problems,no stress just CMBB as it was meant to be

I have made a new battle based on SS 3rd div struggle to stay alive in the winter of 1942. Anyone wants to playtest it? Its a batallionsized battle with snow,and a blizzard in extreme cold. Russians attack. So far after playing it myself I found out that the AI doesnt attack that well despite using lot of VL's So I am looking for advice or suggestions. This is certainly bad news. It brings back sadd memories of my own father,he died in his early 50's 3 years ago,heart failure too. I hope with all of my heart that he recovers and gets better. My thoughts are with Dick and his family. henk

have a look at their infantry bn's. they have a great AT capability,3 man panzerschreckteaams with 9 rounds! At hunterteams and guns with a lot of infantry I tried one of those bn's in a QB and the result was very satisfying.

Finns,using alcohol in molotovs. that sounds very odd,I think they would drink the alcohol first and than throw the bottle to the enemy

If you like canadian scenarios you should check Michaels webpage. There are some very good ones,you should try my day of the wasp scenario,or the operation made by Eric mc Auliffe. Lots of Wasps around

Another possibility is that your opponent use the second turn to cheat,I have seen this happening only 2 times in my tacops carreer. i.e. watch what goes on in turn 2 and starts the previous turn again. This way your arty can react better,see for your self if his arty or his other units hits accurate in every second file you play. You than know the answer. A way to get around this is to play one turn per file.

A way to get around is is to use the same equipment for both sides. This is possible,Rune did this several times in different scenarios. It takes some digging up for OOB's though

when I bought XP winzip was in the package,do a search for it first,it might be hidden somewhere. otherwise go the the winzip site and dl it.

you might want to try my seelow scenario. the Ai fights well as the defending germans. a bit tough fight in the beginning though,dont give up to fast if you play the russians

Allready mailed you the results of my findings about Der nebel. I know it can suck if you do not get any reviews,one of my cmbo scenarios is dl-ed 500+ times with only 1 review. Have a look at them if you still play cmbo,may 1940 is very good

hmmm,I was waiting for my name to show up............(switching off cool arrogance mode ) Thanks gyrene,you were a worthy opponent though. During the summer months I have more time to play games again,so in that period i probabaly will start pbem's again. Coming months are to busy. besides,Michael,I have invited you several times to do a pbem.
